Sash Windows London Avis

The experience of dealing with Sash Windows London was first class from beginning to completion. James provided excellent and unassuming advice towards my choice of windows and Marek and Gary fitted them to perfection. Installation was punctual, professional and painless and the guys left the rooms neat and tidy. Apart from the longish wait between ordering and installation (2 months), the windows look beautiful and bring a feeling of calm to both rooms. A little early to tell how much the glazing will impact on heat retention over time but I am delighted with the work.

From the quote to delivery, the team were professional. The windows turned out better than expected and they even managed to install before my expected installation date. I would recommend

We were very impressed with the work undertaken by the installers from Sash Windows London. They worked hard, well together and were very tidy. We were particularly grateful that they were willing and able to take down and put back up our blinds.
We are very happy with our new windows; they are very stylish and solid and the house already feels warmer.

Willing to understand customer's situation. Considerate and helpful.

Very pleased with our new windows. The house is already feeling much warmer and it’s noticeably quieter inside now.
The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was great throughout, and the installers were very professional. They did a really tidy job, even repairing the plaster around the frames so everything looks neat. They also made sure to clean up properly before they left, which I really appreciated.

2nd time using Sash Windows London and I had a great experience on both occasions.
Our new windows and doors are beautifully made and can’t fault the workmanship.

From Lucas first visit, to the Jake visiting on site while fitting was being carried made the whole process stress free!

Will be using Sash Windows London again, to complete the rest of the replacement windows, and could not recommend them enough.

Sash Windows were efficient and accommodating throughout the job. The job was well done, with a minimum of mess and the contractor came back a few days later to give the frames a second coat of paint. The windows look as good as new. Highly recommended.

Sash Windows London have been excellent from my first enquiry through to final installation. Their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding, especially given the challenges of installing windows on a 4th-floor property in Central London. The team did a superb job and delivered exactly what was promised. I’m very pleased and would happily recommend them.

We found Sash Windows London by pure chance by spotting one of their vans in Twickenham .

As we needed some new windows in our property we reached out to them and to be honest we could not have made a better choice .

We ended up placing an order and the experience of dealing with Sash Windows London has been exceptional from start to finish . Absolutely first class .

From dealing with Lydia, the showroom manager, to Tony who complete the site survey, to Sreetha from the installation team to actually dealing with the installer Andrew and his colleague on the day of installation we could not have wished for a better journey .
There has been excellent and timely communication at every step of the way , pricing is very competitive and transparent and the installers have done a fantastic job on the day to install the new windows . We even had a quality control manager attend from the office at the end of the installation to make sure that everything was done to a very high standard.

We are so pleased and happy with the end result because the windows look fantastic and we are looking to place another order for two more windows soon .

Sash Windows London have been very professional from the very beginning and right throughout and we can only very highly recommend them .

Thank you to everyone at Sash Windows London

From estimate to fitting, the company has been professional and accommodating. The fitters themselves were very good, tidy and precise. Shout out to Kaspar and Ivan - very hard working. They had a third floor job without lift and carried out their work without complaining.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The team was punctual, professional, and detail-oriented. My new bay window looks stunning — it brings in tons of light and completely elevates the room. Quality work, clean installation, and great communication. Highly recommend!

"Outstanding experience from start to finish! They were the only company to provide a truly detailed and transparent quote, clearly explaining every cost upfront. Their professionalism and customer service were excellent—friendly, efficient, and never pushy. The quality of the windows is impressive, and the thinner frame option looks fantastic — you’d never know it’s PVC rather than wood. A well-run, trustworthy business that I’ll definitely be using again for my next project.”

I had a great experience with Sash Windows London! The installation team of Vasile and Marius were professional, communicative and did a fantastic job. They were really tidy and even took their shoes off when entering (which wasn’t even needed!) and so considerate!

The management team, Jake and Elvin, also visited, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for timber sash or uPVC installations — top-notch service and easy to manage from abroad as well!

Amazing experience. Extremely professional, from the sales executives to the surveyor to the installers. Fantastic product and finish. Made good the walls to the same standard. Very good service, will use Sash again in the future.

I am very satisfied with this company. I decided to replace a window in one of the rooms of my house that used to be very cold. I chose a wooden window because my home is located in a conservation area. The new window is beautiful and fits perfectly with both the façade of the building and the interior of the room.

The installers were extremely professional and efficient. Considering that I have carpet throughout the house, they were incredibly careful they covered all the furniture and the carpet properly, and took away the old window and all the waste materials.

I am really happy with both the window itself and the quality of the installation work. Thank you very much.

I have had a great experience with Sash Windows London and am very happy with my new windows. I have experienced great customer service from the first email communication I received and never felt under any pressure from their sales team - who were always super helpful answering questions and showing me the different variations available. I was lucky to get my installation date moved forward and the installation team were wonderful and treated my home with so much care and left my home and front garden spotless. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to update their windows.

Smash windows London have been a great company to deal with. Good customer service. Friendly, afficient and no pressure selling. My new windows are lovely. I'm so pleased with the quality. The fitters worked incredibly hard and left everything spotless. I highly recommend this company.

Sash Windows London have been a pleasure to work with, from the first visit with James, the communication and customer service has been excellent! The new timber windows have transformed our house, Vasile and Marius are highly skilled, efficient and left the house immaculate every day! They really take pride in what they do, we highly recommend this business.

Sash Windows London came to fit our excellent bespoke double-glazed dormer casement wooden window on Friday 10th October 2025. The twin opening window is really splendid. It was designed to match the missing 1894 original - using a surviving pair of windows on the other side of the property. The finish and fittings on the window - including the monkey tail wrought iron catches - look and feel very authentic. Our whole experience with Sash Windows London was excellent from start to finish - from the first visit to the Battersea showroom, through to survey visit, estimate, contract, and final delivery and installation. Everyone that we deal with were friendly and highly efficient. The three person fitting-team were punctual, highly efficient and very tidy. Altogether, we had a very positive experience and would be very happy to recommend this business.

Super easy to deal with - timely communication via email; quick responses; on-time arrival for appointments; great final result. Couldn't ask for more, really. Definitely recommend.
