I purchased a E3 keyboard from Satechi…
I purchased a E3 keyboard from Satechi and lost the bluetooth dongle that came with the package. I contacted Satechi and asked if I could purchase another dongle. Austin and Victoria in Satechi support did me one better!!! They sent me a dongle for free and stayed with me from beginning to end to make sure that I got the dongle and was satisfied. Best service ever! Would purchase from them again in a heartbeat
So I bought a Satechi mini backlit…
So I bought a Satechi mini backlit Bluetooth keyboard. Was cheaper than the Apple Magic Keyboard. You do notice the quality not being comparable to the Apple one. I would say it's more in line with a Logitech type quality. It paired fine with my M4 Mac mini but have noticed from sleep it takes awhile to reconnect. I notice this because entering password too fast it does not always register key strokes. I ask Satechi support about this but have yet to get a response after a couple days. I really don't count on support much anymore. I tend to just return products if they don't completely satisfy. Its really the only consumer recourse to prevent bad products. I really don't expect the keyboard to hold up for years, it just feels too cheap and noticing other reviews after purchase. It seems that early failure is possible. Not many companies offer Apple dedicated peripherals so Satechi has a sort of niche with their products. I think their products have acceptable value even without good responsive support. But if the product fails me early, I won't be buying anymore products.
SATECHI keyboard ST-KSM1LT-ND
Not worth it
My Logitech was getting a bit long in the tooth, and I needed a new mouse
I bought the wireless bluetooth satechi M1
I have cause to regret that
I have used it some time now and it is really not a good mouse
Often I have to click several times before it registers, and when I have to get it to reconnect to the bluetooth i gets pretty annoying
Thankfully my Logitch, which is absolutely superior despite the age ( around 10 years), is still working
Dual Laptop Stand
I actually heard by email from customer service, however, even though their product had a design flaw that contributed to damaging my laptop, no refund was forthcoming.
I tried to place a review on their website, but you can't which suggests to me their reviews are canned.
So the dual laptop stand is nicely designed, but the support tongue at its base is too short to prevent laptop from toppling. My laptop fell and broke soldered connections within the keyboard. A longer tongue would solve the problem. I had a friend do just that for me and now i can safely store my laptop and phone beside my favorite chair without fear of redamaging unit. At $50, it needs to be re-engineered.
Type-A to Type-C Adapter | SATECHI ST-TAUCS
I bought a Type-A to Type-C Adapter (SATECHI ST-TAUCS) in June 2021. I've used it for almost 4 years until it finally broke.
The small gray cover came off loose just some months after I bought it, which was annoying but I would just put it back, sometimes it would be hard to pull it off though.
After so much time using it, somehow the cover was off and the components inside broke.
It was good and useful while it lasted, but it was definitely a flimsy product.
Definitely worth it!
Great product! Looks exactly like it said and works exactly as expected. Delivery time was great too.
Definitely will shop again!!
Not a Legit Company
Support is slow to respond and unhelpful. Customer retention is non-existent. It took them TWO months to make an inconsequential decision on an exchange request for a worthless mouse and wired keyboard. This was not a $10,000 decision. Terrible call by out of touch "managers".
Satechi M1 mouse
Satechi M1 mouse bought a month ago.
It works fine, so far, but it's extremely LOUD, which let me know we can't really trust Satechi with gadgets. It's 2025, you make products to pair with Apple's and you make a noisy mouse that is impossible to use at night? Like, bro, it's a SWITCH!
Definitely not trusting any product without testing again.
big scam! don't buy
it's been exactly a month now and nothing received yet. the support team stopped answering!
just unbelievable! I was thinking high of this brand. totally disappointed

Satechi will STOP working
i purchased (2) Satechi Slim X3 Bluetooth Backlit Keyboard + (2) Satechi M1-wireless mouse for our family imac (order# SAT144644). In less than a few months then BOTH devices NO LONGER connection to imac after restart (some restart from power outage) unless using wire usb keyboard + wire mouse then switch back to satechi. But so iNCONVENiENT. I dont recommending satechi product to anyone and i will stick with apple products. I regreted and STOP buying Satechi products over all.
Bad customer service
Bad customer service! Purchased a dock for $300 with additional $100 in import fees. Doesn’t work. No reply via email, no reply on instagram and the ticket has been open for 48 hours and no reply even though they state 12 hours.
I’m done giving them a chance.
Really bad customer service !
Really bad customer service.
My keyboard suddenly stopped working from one day to the next. I tried everything. The support team took ages to respond and now won't even offer me a replacement product. that paints a very poor picture. Of course, the keyboard broke short time after the warranty expired. Quite "accidentally"
Plastic quality is really bad
After four months of using Satechi a have a lot of scratches. Very bad quality, don't buy it.
Poor quality product that management won't stand behind.
One star, must to avoid, zero if it were possible. Manufacturer (Satechi) does not stand behind their products that are often defective with a ridiculously short warranty period considering that it is marketed as a premium product. In the end, they will stick it to you. Especially if you do not buy directly from them or Amazon. And if you are not in the US, they make you deal with the innocent retailer or distributor in your region that has nothing to do with the product being defective. Good luck
FedEx left parcel on my door with fake…
FedEx left parcel on my door with fake signature but Satechi resent the keyboard immediately
Thanks to Satechi for the assistance and I recommend to buy from this company
100% reliable !!!
Charles G from Satechi Technical Support
I ordered a Satechi wireless keyboard on Amazon – sold by Amazon. It turns out that it is defective. It was the last one in stock. I saw the Satechi support email address on the box so decided to reach out to see if they can get it repaired or replaced. It turns out that Amazon UK is not an “Authorised seller” of Satechi products and therefore Satechi regretfully is unable to help. I pushed back saying the product is not at the expected condition and regardless of who sells it, and it should be covered under warranty.
Charles G (Satechi Technical Support) messaged back to say: “"I am checking with our management if a one-time exemption can be provided regarding your situation". He then said he will send out a replacement if I can get Amazon to say that they are unable to replace the item, which I did by contacting Amazon CS chatline. Charles G later changed his mind and decided that he is not going to help.
After an email ping-pong of 10-12 emails on how Satechi would help me with the keyboard, the last email I sent was the following:
From: *** redacted my email address from here***

Subject: Re: [Satechi] Re: Satechi Aluminium Bluetooth Keyboard - Defective
Time waster. I thought you genuinely wanted to help. Pathetic
Charles G (Satechi Technical Support): If you are reading this, be proud of they way how you handled a customer complaint. You promised to help and then broke your promise. You managed to upset me so much that I will never to buy a Satechi product… ever again. Feel proud of your role as a CS agent.

Anti-Consumer and Unsustainable
I had a single keyboard key cap break while cleaning and after contacting Satechi support they would not allow me to purchase a replacement key cap, instead insisting that I should buy an ENTIRE new keyboard because a 2mm piece of plastic failed.
Extremely anti-consumer and unsustainable.
Satechi keyboard flawed due to engineering oversight
I bought the Satechi Slim W1 Wired USB-C Backlit Keyboard from a retailer while I was on vacation, and it is faulty (often repeats keys with a single key press, i.e. improper debounce). I only just spotted this after I returned home, so I am unable to return it to the retailer for obvious reasons.
Keyboards have been around for decades, so one would hope in 2023 companies like Satechi would be able to design a keyboard where the keys don't suffer from improper debounce. Unfortunately, the Satechi Slim W1 Wired Backlit Keyboard suffers from this very problem.
Satechi themselves, to their credit, has offered to replace it free of charge, despite the fact that I bought the keyboard in a different country. However, they were quite eager to note that their agreement to replace the keyboard was an "exception". Hmm, OK.
However, I did warn their customer service team that the issue is probably with the design of the keyboard itself and not just my particular unit.
Customer support is not as bad as I was anticipating, but I'm really unimpressed that I have to use third party software on my Mac (called 'Unshaky', configured with a 40ms delay) to eliminate improper debounce from the keyboard. Satechi needs to fix the keyboard's firmware to properly handle debounce events.
I probably won't buy a Satechi product again as this kind of engineering oversight is not acceptable.
They misguided me about the taxes being…
They misguided me about the taxes being paid when purchasing a product and ship overseas.
They lost my product and after endless emails they are not willing to refund me not even the product it self..
I have a U$100 loss with them. Terrible customer service and company politics.
