Good Team, But Server Infrastructure Needs Improvement

I’ve had the chance to work with some very kind and helpful people at SatisfyHost, especially Shohan and Tasnim, who always tried to assist whenever possible. I truly appreciate their efforts and professionalism on a personal level.

However, based on my experience, the main challenge has been the server infrastructure and overall stability of the VPS environment. Our websites do receive a high number of crawls and requests, but in my opinion, this level of traffic should normally be manageable with a stronger and more optimized infrastructure. Unfortunately, we experienced recurring performance and stability issues over time.

Another area that could be improved is the speed and approach of technical support. Responses were sometimes slow, and in several cases the focus seemed to be more on identifying the issue from the client side rather than working collaboratively toward practical solutions.

I’m sharing this feedback respectfully and constructively because I believe the company has good people and potential to improve further. Compared with other providers we currently use for different businesses, such as Kinsta, Cloudways, ScalaHosting, and Hostinger, I feel there is room for improvement in infrastructure reliability and support experience.

I genuinely wish the team the best and hope they continue developing their services.

Monthly Downtime Issues – Not Reliable for Production Sites

I’ve been using SatisfyHost reseller hosting, but the reliability has been very disappointing. Almost every month the server goes down, and I have to contact support to get it fixed. Each time it takes around 30–50 minutes before things start working again.

Frequent downtime like this is frustrating, especially when you’re hosting live projects. While support eventually responds, the recurring issues make the service unreliable for serious use. I expected much better stability from a hosting provider.

I’ve been using SatisfyHost for a while now, and overall their service has been good. The hosting performance is stable, and their BDIX cPanel shared hosting works well for regular use.

Recently, I faced a global PHP version–related issue on my BDIX cPanel shared hosting, which affected my client's site. The issue took some time to resolve, but I appreciate that their support team stayed involved and eventually fixed the problem properly.

While the response time could have been faster in this case, I’m satisfied with how they handled the issue in the end. It’s good to see that they take responsibility and work towards a solution instead of ignoring the problem.

I did not receive the service, the money was not returned.

I ordered a domain registration service (the domain was available for ordering on the website) and hosting to host a website on this domain. I received hosting right away, but the domain was never registered. A few days later I contacted them with this question. I received an answer that they could not register the domain I ordered for me. They told me to choose another domain. I was outraged, but I chose another domain. A week passed, but I still did not receive anything. Then I asked for a refund, but was refused a refund. As a result, the hosting payment deadline has already passed (in a month), I did not receive the domain, and they refuse to refund me.
By the way, the support service may not respond to a ticket for a whole week. This is normal for them.
