I did receive a vehicle but……SAT was recommended on a forum I read about importing a Suzuki Jimny. I paid by bank transfer in early April. I was told the vehicle I ordered did not meet their standards and they sent me recommendations for 2 similar vehicles. I chose one that said it had an automatic transmission. The price listed was $5040. After I requested it the price changed to $7588 which was the price I had paid for the previous vehicle plus shipping. I had enquired about customs clearance and delivery and the price was going to be $2060 . They sent me an invoice which I paid. I was told the vehicle was shipped 5/18/25. I waited for 4 weeks then contacted them.
The response I received was the vehicle has been shipped. I tried to contact them again and received no response. I did receive notification from the port of LA the ship would arrive 7/21/25. I decided to go to LA to pick up since I had not heard from the company. I paid $2000 to get customs clearance since they had not filled out an IFS form. The only dissatisfaction with the vehicle I had was the fact it had a manual transmission not an automatic. The company it came from was called shine automotive. I am not sure how they are associated with SAT. I feel that there was no integrity in this transaction.

Sat Japan is nothing but a fraudulent company. The vehicles with attractive prices are just bait. Their different customer service agents respond very quickly via WhatsApp before you make the payment, but after you pay, they all vanish into thin air. Imagine how you'd feel sending a large sum of money overseas only to be completely ignored afterward. They don’t let you pay on their website but instead insist on cross-border transfers to their company. Even if the deal falls through, it’s nearly impossible for you or your bank to recover the money. Their website claims they offer full refunds if the vehicle isn’t delivered, but that’s all lies. Avoid them at all costs, and do not engage in any transactions with them—they are outright scammers.

Attention! Please don’t trust the scam company. The do special offer to attract customers, in actual, these offers are fake. Those cars on offer are not exist in actual.

We reserve a car and make a full payment, but one week later , they told us the car is sold to someone. What a nightmare to me. After payment, it is hard to contact them. Even we send them many messages, but nobody reply to us.

After another few days later, they ask us to change another car, but we finally don’t want to trust them any more. This is the worst experience we had in our life.
So please think twice when you make payment, because if you cancel, you will be charged 10%. It does not matter about what kind of reason.

Compré un auto , que por motivos mecánicos el auto no calificaba para vender, ellos son mentirosos se demoraron más de una semana para devolver el dinero , cuando lo devolvieron faltaban 200 dólares, me dijeron que se había inspecciónado el auto por eso eran los 200 dólares ,no es mi culpa que el auto tenía problemas mecánicos, les escribi por todos los medios y aún no e recibido mi dinero.. mucho cuidado con esa gente abran los ojos no caigan en la misma trampa

**Worst Service I've Ever Experienced**

This company is full of liars. They constantly lied to me, and since I sent them the money, they've stopped replying to my messages and calls. Even their shipping company contacted me and told me that they are scammers. I wish you luck with your money. I am taking this matter to the Japanese court through Japanese lawyers, so please don't get caught in the same situation I did.

I purchased a car from SAT Japan in June/July 2024, expecting a grade 5 vehicle with 48,000 km on the odometer, reverse cameras, satnav, alloy wheels, and in excellent condition. However, when the car arrived in January 2025, it was not what I ordered. I wish I could add images to this. I will on google reviews.

The car delivered was a grade 3.5 with several issues:

The odometer had been rolled back to 48,000 km.
Mismatched, old, and rusty wheels.
Missing satnav and reverse camera.
Significant body damage and a missing key.
After checking the VIN, I discovered the car had been sold at auction and substituted for the one I originally purchased. SAT Japan provided $1,000 in compensation, but this barely covered a fraction of the large repair costs I was left with for a car I never ordered.
