I've made an order around late January…
I've made an order around late January and I've contacted support a few times to get a refund, as my order has not been received, after waiting weeks it's been re-routed because the Shipping Details where not correct for some reason, this is the first time this happened, which is odd, considering I've made several orders online trough different companies, including Amazon and everything worked without issues.
I've sent them 3 emails asking about the status of my order, about a refund, or maybe a different shipping, without any answer.
I wouldn't trust buying from these people if you're from Europe, as they seem to be clumsy on the shipping.
