Do not go near this company, they are nothing but a bunch of scam artists! I purchased a product from them then cancelled the subscription only for them to charge me twice and only send part of the products! I tried explaining this and was told I’d receive a refund! That was in April!!! Still waiting for over £90 back!!! Every time I email I’m told it’s being dealt with! Now fed up with being fed so many lies!!! Product doesn’t even work!!!

This company took money from my account without authorisation, when I questioned the transactions they assured me it would be refunded, 4 months on and still not refund. Do not purchase from this company. When I spoke to my bank about it, they says they were very familiar with Savannah Skin as they had had lots of complaints,

I purchased from this scam company. I waited for almost a month for my order to come. Couldn’t phone, I managed to email Kayla from customer service and she rest assured that my parcel was coming, she informed me that my parcel was held up at customs but should be with me within the week. I paid £31.00, it was a one off order, I didn’t sign up for any subscription, I’m still waiting on the product, never turned up. A week later after I had emailed, they took another £96.00 out of my account. I never received any of the products! I contacted my bank to investigate this horrible company and they contacted me a week later to say they were a scam company using two different addresses. The bank had blocked my card and they said that they had tried to take more money from my account, thankfully my bank had paid my money back. I think it is disgusting that people can do this to you!!

This is a horrible scam. The products, if they arrive, are useless and they auto renew - got charged £118 twice within a week even though cancelled subscription. Blocked through bank. AVOID

That one star is a -1 star Do not buy from this company. After being scammed out of over 150 dollars they agreed to send me 30 of it. I NEVER received any product from this company at all so I basically got a refund on nothing. I spoke with Kayla in customer service several times who assured me that my account was canceled and not two days later they tried to take another 114 dollars out of my account. I am so glad I called my bank and alerted them. Worst company on the planet so not trust what they say or what they do.

Auto billed a subscription before I even received the original order. And then just 4 days later, auto billed again!! Refused to refund. Run away

I wouldn't give any stars if that was possible. They have taken nearly £100 in 3 days for orders I haven't requested.

Promises galore that they will cancel future orders but don't. I have reported it as fraudulent activity with my credit card company and frozen my account.

I would put no stars if I could! Absolute scammers! Do not order from. Placed an order, took forever to arrive. Then got charged double the amount a month later after contacting them they told me I had a repeat subscription which I never! And the £45.90 could not be refunded even though the original amount was £21.00 then 2wks later they tried to charge me again another £45.90 thankfully I had contacted my bank & blocked the company

Absolute scammers! Avoid at all costs!
Charged my card £53.76 three days apart without warning and no product sent out.

They charged my card 2x in 3 days apart $127.00 each. I went to website to cancel and it wouldnt let me I called and the phone number was out of service. Went back today and website does not exist.
