Really quick service and repair.

Really quick service. Very pleased overall from my initial telephone enquiry with Leo to receiving my Garmin Edge 830 back with new screen a few days later. Repair was to a malfunctioning screen due to waterlogged from all the recent rain!

Fast turnaround to fix hinge on Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones.

I sent my Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones to be fixed after one of the hinges snapped. The process using SaveMyDevice was quick and easy and they were returned to me fixed within a few days. Very happy with quick turnaround and email updates on the headphones being received and dispatched. Would use again.

Excellent Service – A True Example of How Customer Care Should Be

I recently sent my Garmin for a battery replacement, and I’m genuinely impressed. The service was exceptionally fast, the communication was clear and proactive, and the entire process was handled with a level of professionalism that’s rare today.
What really stood out was the transparency: I always knew where my device was, what stage of repair it was in, and what would happen next—all before it even arrived back to me. It sounds like such a simple thing, but so few companies get it right.
This team absolutely does. A real role model for customer service.
Thanks to this, I can enjoy my Garmin for much longer — and it’s sustainable too! Many thanks!

Gave my watch a new lease of life

Booking a repair was easy; communication was simple and effective; and - most importantly - my Garmin Instinct 2 got repaired flawlessly (battery and mainboard were replaced). My watch was dead, but Joseph brought it back to life. Thank you!

Don’t despair, try them for repair

Definitely saved what otherwise would have been a very expensive replacement. Super job on re-attaching a very small antenna plug on my Cardo SC Edge unit. Very responsive, helpful and speedy service and would highly recommend.

5 star service at a great price

5 star service at a great price. They wouldn't stop until the problem was fixed. Magnificent communication throughout.

They fixed my expensive sennheiser ie900 iems, when sennheiser could not.

I can't recommend these guys any more.

Highly Recommended!

Leo was amazing, he received my Sony WH-1000XM4’s on Tuesday and I had them back by Saturday. Classic broken right side hinge issue which is now fixed!!! Highly recommended.

it was exactly what I regard as normal

it was exactly what I regard as a 'normal transaction'. My battery on fitbit charge 5 went awol - google said go forth and multiply as we cant do owt and it's out of warrenty. One phone call, recorded post, and probably 10 days later and it pops back working perfectly. probably received 5 emails from the guys saying at what stage my precious fitbit was at. As I said perfectly normal - thanks.....
