Savernake Knives Avis

Great company to deal with and the knives are a thing of beauty. Couldn't be more pleased with mine.

Best knife ever! Excellent customer service and wonderful product....

I have two knives with a third on the way. They’re just a pleasure to use, perfect weight and balance, looking forward to adding more to my collection.

I’ve had a number of fabulous custom knives and recently purchased a DNA knife as a gift for someone. What a beautiful knife it is.

Fabulous bespoke 200 mm caidao in RWL-34 powdered metallurgy supersteel with Asian ebony handle.Looks fabulous; cuts like a demon.Incomparable customer service from Savernake Knives in Wiltshire

Easy to order and speedy and safe delivery

I am very happy with my purchase and overall experience ,the knives are amazing and the communication received from the company was brilliant 😊

Order was requested for a certain date
and it arrived by that date. Very pleased with the product.

Nice website. Easy ordering. Originally wanted a different knife, but it was out of stock but it couldn't be backordered and there wasn't any indication when it might be back in stock.

Great service and fabulous knife. So pleased with how it came out and the team were super quick to answer any questions I had. Would most definitely recommend!

We love Savernake knives. I have an ultra and have just bought 2 DNA’s for my children’s god parents. Best knives I’ve ever owned.

Really well made knife, delivered quickly, and exactly as described on the website. I will be back!

Customer service second to none! From the website which was my first encounter with Savernake to the incredibly helpful, nothing-is-too-much-trouble approach from everyone I spoke to, it has been a brilliant experience. So helpful in enabling me to choose all the options to create a birthday gift which could not have been more successful. Resulting in an exquisitely beautiful chef's knife which I know will be used for years to come.

Excellent communication
Flawless service from the start.

I got the DNA set 4 knives with orange theme handles. They are wonderfully sharp and such an interesting colour scheme that really does fill me with joy every time I walk past them. I also got a matching honing steel which works fantastically well and is much better than my old one. I wouldn't hesitate to order more from the company. The service is also exceptional, free sharpening for the first three eats is well beyond my expectations.

Excellent to be able to discuss aspects of the knife from blade to scales and sharpening and care.
Excellent communications and delivered as promised in two very nice tubes to keep knives safe.
Well done and don’t hesitate to contact Savernake Knives if you are looking for something a little bit special

Amazing Birthday gift!

I ordered the knife as a birthday present and was made aware that it usually takes around a month to be made and come to me, however I emailed the team and they somehow managed to get it to me within 13 days of me ordering it in time for my birthday. It is everything I want in a knife and even better it came so quickly. Cannot thank everyone at Savernake enough for that.

I decided to treat myself to a decent set of knives, and had seen adverts for Savernake, and have connections to Marlborough and the West Country, so it all felt right. Laurie was brilliant to deal with from start to finish, from letting me visit the sawmill at short notice, to really good practical advice on colours, which knives I'd actually use in reality, and materials.

The knives themselves arrived quickly, beautifully packaged and are a joy to use. The knife wrap is a stunning piece of craftsmanship. Are these cheap knives? No. Are they good value knives? Yes, without doubt. Buy well, buy once, and these are clearly knives that will outlive me. Even though they're "only" from the DNA range, they're unique to me. The colour way and engraving were things I could choose, and that makes them mine.

Will definitely be ordering again from Savernake, and I can't recommend them highly enough.
