Savile Row Travel Avis 

This was my first time using Savile Row Travel and it certainly won't be the last. Mandy and Anne picked a hotel in Ibiza that they felt would suit our needs, they couldn't have picked a better hotel. They have tremendous knowledge, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A massive thank you to Lowri for helping to make our trip a reality. We wanted for nothing and had the most incredible time. My partner and I got engaged in the Alps leg of our trip which made the whole holiday incredibly special. Savile Row will always be my go to for travel, they are all such genuine people who really know their stuff. Thank you again!

Firstly I would just like to say we had a fantastic time in Vancouver and on a Celebrity cruise in Alaska .
The customer service we received before the holiday however was non existent .Various occasions we tried to get in contact with are representative about final payments ,and just to clarify some questions we had , but this proved to be a problem . After endless emails etc we were able to make contact about are final payments but noting else .This was very frustrating .We have booked previous holidays with this company but sadly we will be going elsewhere .

This is our second vacation organised by Savile Row and they again have exceeded our expectations. Their in country knowledge goes a long way in providing a fantastic holiday particularly finding hotels that give a more personal and local experience.
When things do wrong, which the inevitably do, they are immediately ready to sort thing out.

Exceptional ,planning, detail, attention to detail and support, outside of that the recommendations for accommodation, have been outstanding. Thank you everyone at SR for all you have done and did. thia was our4th trip organised and they keep on getting better

Louise from Savile Row found us a perfect hotel in Barcelona and arranged flights and transfers to make us the most relaxing and comfortable break away. Louise listened to our holiday requirements and built us the best long weekend. The app was really helpful, it knew the boarding gate before the airport info board!

We worked with Louise who constructed an Australian itinerary taking us from Perth to Brisbane to Noosa to Hamilton Island and then onto Sydney. The hotels were all first class and the travel arrangements all worked seamlessly. All in all a wonderful trip.

Savile Row helped me create a magical surprise birthday trip for my partner and put together an exceptional itinerary to Oman (city, desert and mountains) and then onto paradise aka the Maldives. This is the third time I’ve used Savile Row and in my experience they match the bigger travel agents offerings, but being able to pop in and discuss places on your bucket list face to face gives them a personal edge. I feel more in control to be able to scrutinise all the options closer and make tweaks to proposed itineraries. Big shout out to Matt Callaway for all his hard work and the painstaking details that goes into making our dream trips come true. We are already looking forward to our next adventure you’ve planned for us in South East Asia

January 2026 we went on our honeymoon to South Africa, which included Safari at Kwandwe Private Game Reserve (which was INSANE!), the whole trip was planned to perfection by Savile Row Travel. I am a slightly nervous traveller but as soon as I received the link to the app all nerves went away. The app was amazingly detailed with every aspect of the trip shown with all the information we needed. We cannot thank Savile Row enough for everything they did for us to make our trip memorable.
This won't be the last time we use them and would highly recommend to everyone.

We asked Savile Row Travel to help us organise our ‘trip of a lifetime’ to the Far East in Feb 26.

The whole service was brilliant from start to finish, from figuring out which places to visit when, to making sure we were checked in properly for our various flights with all the right entry paperwork.

They have a brilliant app which helps see everything in one place and doubles up as a souvenir afterwards.

But, apps don’t make the experience special, people do. We were looked after by the wonderful Alison Dunn and the fab’ Laura McKeith and they were both brilliant.

We used Savile Row Travel for our honeymoon and they were fantastic throughout. We were difficult customers as we changed destinations a couple of times but they were so accommodating. Everything was organised perfectly. Would highly recommend.

Savile Row Travel have delivered outstanding holidays for us time and time again. From a brilliant week in Oman, to an absolutely unforgettable honeymoon in South Africa, and a true trip of a lifetime to Japan — every itinerary has been exceptionally well thought through and well executed.
They’ve also organised several other fantastic trips for us, including a wonderfully quiet Greek island, Italy, and a carefully constructed two-week itinerary around Portugal. Each trip has felt tailored, unhurried, and exactly right for how we like to travel.
Special credit to Matt Lowri and Anne, who are a pleasure to deal with. They are always responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and show genuine care — including being on hand quickly and effectively if anything needs attention while you’re actually away.
We’ve recommended Savile Row Travel to friends, several of whom have since travelled with them and been equally impressed. We’ll absolutely continue to do so and wouldn’t consider planning a significant trip without them.

Right from the day I stepped into the Savile Row Travel office, Natasha was an absolute joy to deal with. She helped plan a very special holiday with our two sons in Mauritius. She gave us excellent choices, making it easy to choose the resort and plan the journey there. She had the patience of a saint, when we changed dates and other small details. In past years we had found booking flights and holidays online very stressful, but with Natasha and Savile Row Travel it was really enjoyable! The holiday itself, start to finish was superb! The Savile Row app is really good and Natasha throughout was contactable by email if we had any questions. We will certainly book through Savile Row Travel again!

They organised a great South Africa trip, including a Safari at Knadwe, Rail across the country, for my famil over New Year. When one person got ill they were on hand to help resolve the matter.

Just wanted to thank Alison Dunn and Savile Row Travel for sorting out our international flights and hotels during our trip to Australia and Singapore. Nothing was to much trouble and Alison found us fantastic accommodation and took away all the stress of trying to organise it ourselves

What a fabulous company esp dealing with Mandy and Anne. Just return from Sri Lanka - had the best time looked after by their ground staff Manju and team. Super friendly always happy to be flexible with our timings and special requests. Excellent hotels and transfers. Would highly recommend and love their app too- so useful each day to check on itinerary.

Thank you to Lowri at Savile Row Travel for an excellent trip to Sweden at the Ice hotel. planning for 6 can be a pain but Lowri made all the changes we needed right up to the last week.

Magical trip with memories for a lifetime.

Another great trip arranged by the incomparable Savile Row travel . Matt and Louise were outstanding in their planning and were very competitive . In addition , their handling of the trip in real time was responsive and efficient . Will definitely travel with them again .

We have used Savile Row six or more times over the last few years on trips to Africa, Asia, Europe and recently to Central America. We have always found them to be great at anticipating our requirements and very responsive to our requests. This latest trip to Costa Rica was a fabulous experience and Louise did a wonderful job of putting together a tailor-made itinerary that gave us everything we wanted and tied up every possible loose end, making for a seamless trip.
I would never want to use another agent and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with ambitious travel plans!

Savile Row Travel .. what an incredible experience they arranged for us! Took all our requests/ wants/ needs .. added a lot of things we had not even thought about, and ensured we had a seamless trip from way before leaving, to returning home.
Their knowledge, expertise, and connections across the other side of the world blew us away.
