Cowboy builders.
Did a bodge job made my house even worse than it was then ran of out of this planet. You cannot get hold of them through any means of contact that they provide.

Repugnant Work
The work left my property in a disordered state:
Mess left behind: Dust, debris, and general rubbish were scattered throughout the house, forcing me to clean.
Unprotected belongings: Furniture, appliances, and personal items were exposed to dust and soil, creating a risk of damage.
Breach of agreement: The post‑job cleanup was not performed, constituting a clear violation under UK law—a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (the service was not performed with reasonable care and skill).

Despite repeated attempts to contact Saviour Energy Solutions since last month, I am still waiting for a response and a call back to address the issues caused. Serious damp, mould, and leak have developed following their external wall insulation works, making a bedroom unusable due to health risks.

NAPIT and TrustMark inspections have both taken place and reports issued, yet no action has been taken till now. Complete lack of communication and aftercare. I would strongly advise avoiding this company!

Very impressed with the work carried out today by Qasim / Irfan. They were prompt and methodical when rectifying all our issues and very helpful.

Do not waste your time! My brand new windows ledges have come off as they decided to change them! One of my pipes is not fitted on properly and water goes everywhere. I have a hole in my loft where one of the guys decided to come thru the loft! I will be taking legal action against this company.

Where do I start. I got a mid terrace house in Luton and we got the ECO4 insulation grant.
The work started in September 2002 and has been completed yesterday 22nd December 2024.
Why it took so long?
Because Savior did such a bad job which resulted in a few of my rooms with damage. I tried contacting them via email and text messages but they would not help.

Only after a BBC investigation was conducted by Zoe Conway did Savior and NAPIT carry out the rectification works.

I could write a story about the incompetence and inconvenience caused by Savior but it will take a very long time.

To finish this review I will end it by saying Savior Energy did send out a team in November. The management team of Imran and Asif were very professional and listened to my concerns. The remedial work that was conducted now has been now completed by better competent staff. The workers who Savior used initially were cowboys. They have completely damaged alot of properties in my area.
I would like to thank Imran and Asif for their effort.

The service provided was good. The job was carried out professionally and done to its requirements.

Very good company and people to deal with. Work is A1 and the surveyors are quick and and on point at all times. Would highly recommend them to all.

Very nice work done by this company . I had insulation done from them in my house . I am very satisfied and highly recommended. Abid , Talha and waqar are very friendly.

Disgusted with such poor service...full of lies. They pressure you to sign contracts take your project on and done complete the project they get paid out and take the government finds on personal use. They refused to insulate my wall and paint the house all 1 colour...yardy uncles running the show
