Sales process felt sketchy from the start, but trusted it. Weekly invoices felt sketchy as well. After 2 weeks, were told positive responses but with no proof. All of a sudden his payments were no longer going through, and now he needed to swap to a sketchy 3rd party provider for payments (assuming he was receiving major chargebacks). Stated that Stripe couldn't handle his payment volume, which is very weird.
I mentioned that this feels a bit strange and he immediately got hostile. No deliverables, nothing. Asked for a refund, he told me to submit a dispute with my credit card company and blocked me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
