I put in 25€ and sent in all the kyc requirements and gambled so I had 1000€ then when u tried to withdraw they asked for more and more stuff that I needed to provide so they could do the withdrawal. When I had sent in everything and they didn’t ask for more they removed every last euro I had except for the original 25€ and said they suspect I forged documents as well as used a vpn and bonus abuse, I didn’t even choose a bonus and I followed every rule that they had and they took everything and terminated my account

I am a customer since 10 months. My first three withdrawals came after long delay. But they came. The last three months I was not playing anymore on this site. On 02.03.25 I decide to make a full withdrawal about my money (213 Euro). Then today I got an unbelievable email.

We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been cancelled by the payments department and the amount of €213.67 has been removed from your balance due to the breach of the following Terms & Conditions:

I can promise you, that I did nothing wrong, never used a vpn or anything. I wonder, why they confiscate my funds, when I was not playing there last three months. Horrible slow site. If you place a bet it takes ages to load and if the odds are positive changing it declines the bet but if it gets worse theyll accept it. Example if you bet on table tennis there will be 3 points played during the processing of the bet. If u bet on player A when its 8 8 and he wins 11 8 it says the bet been blocked but if same thing happen and player B wins 11 8 the bet will be processed with the odds of 8 8. Hilarious

Realizei meu depósito junto à Scarabet via Astropay contudo, no momento de solicitar saques, é exibido um erro informando que minha conta Astropay não foi vinculada. Contatei o suporte que me orientou a tentar um novo saque para o vínculo e, novamente, não aconteceu.
Tentei sacar pelo método de transferência bancária mas não completaram, me direcionando para a Astropay.

Quando contato o suporte recebo apenas respostas automáticas, de que 'escalaram a situação para alçadas superiores' mas nunca há uma solulção.

Very low and slow withdrawals. Max payout per month is €7000. Would have been more than 7 months to get my winnings paid out, of course they want the customer to lose it all before that. What customer wants to wait over half a year to get their winnings??? Their financial department would not accept higher payouts. Stay away from this site if you’re high roller!

Fake! The take money from your bankaccount. First its says: transaction failed. End the next day the take it.. and like the other customers said. Before your have you money back it wil takes weeks. Like me. I didnt get it back!

Terrible customer service. They do whatever it takes to delay your cash outs. It will take weeks to get your money out of you site, if you are ever to get them. They will have you verify your account. Wait for days, then asks for new documents. Finally when they accept them, they will wait days again to make the withdrawal. Then after one withdrawal (their limit is only 1000€/day) Then they will start the process all over again. Scammiest site I've ever used. STAY AWAY

Worst bookmaker with maltese license. Seems like a scam. Doesnt hold what is being promised. Also, they doesnt almost send replies on e-mails. They can't even fix to credit a freebet to use on football. Even they says so, only on tennis etc. Then they saying they gonna take it further, nothing happens. Then they just say its placed correctly and doesnt solve the matter.
Worst bookmaker I have been arroud of the legal ones.
