The SSW model is a straightforward and highly effective model that closes the gap between organisational change and personal change. I love it's transparency and it's simplicity but this doesn't detract from it's effectiveness. To break personal change down in this way and shine a light on the personal elements of change is genius. Dr Grant is also a fantastic facilitator and a lovely guy. I highly recommend this model, you won't be disappointed.

SSW is a fantastic framework for supporting personal change. I completed the course with Grant, who was absolutely fantastic, his passion for personal change management is infectious. Shortly after completing the course, I was impacted by RIF, which gave me a unique opportunity to apply what I had learnt in a real-life setting.

It helped me to understand how I felt about the change and identify key opportunities and actions that I could take to get the best out of the change. Thanks in large part to what I had learnt I was able to identify some great opportunities, receive multiple job offers and secure a role within 2 weeks of being made redundant.

An eye opening training programme! Grant kept the team engaged throughout the 3 days encouraging some really inciteful conversations. I recently asked Grant to support me and my team to prepare for a big change that’s coming our way. The Scared So What model is quite revolutionary and for us it’s the exact tool we need right now.
