I noticed there had been a mistake in what I was charged in previous months. I raised this via email and recieved an immediate response and agreement to refund what I had overpaid. Great service :)

Exceptional service
The receptionist couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was a bother to her. She was very patient with us considering we are 75 and take longer to absorb info.

Great to work with SCA's admin people
Great to work with SCA's admin people. Very prompt to respond with any quesstion and very understanding to our specific circumstances as well; really appreciate the flexibility with our reservation as we didnt have a precsie date on when our goods would arrive in storage, nor the size of storage required. A good experience all round and happy with the condition of the storage container now that we are in. Thanks guys

Storage was as described and cleaned before I arrived.

Excellent customer service.
I spoke firstly to Sarah, then next call was with Kelly. These ladies are a credit to your company, really pleasant and helpful.
I ended up not needing the unit, but would absolutely use this company in the future.

The staff where lovely and so helpful
I have used SCA for my uni stuff during summer break. Although they didn’t have the right size available they moved me into a suitable space and were so helpful moving in helping with unloading and stacking my stuff. The staff member was so lovely and made move in pleasant

Brilliant customer service very helpful and friendly. When the removal van got there my unit wasn't big enough so they sorted a bigger one immediately. One less thing to worry about on a very stressful day
