I cannot recommend SCC Leeds highly enough.
Unfortunately, my three-year-old Land Rover Defender suffered a complete electrical failure while I was in Poland. Although Jaguar Land Rover declined my goodwill request, SCC stood firmly behind the vehicle they had sold me.
Remo, the owner, was outstanding throughout the entire process. From the very beginning he was honest, approachable and genuinely committed to finding a fair solution. He personally kept in touch with me, spoke directly with JLR and never once tried to avoid responsibility.
In the end, SCC covered the repair costs that Jaguar Land Rover refused to pay. In today's world, that level of integrity and customer care is rare.
Cars do break down and buying a used car is ultimately about trust. My experience has shown that SCC genuinely stands behind the vehicles they sell and values long-term customer relationships over short-term profit.
