Scentimental SA Avis

Scentimental
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the fragrance I received from you.

Unfortunately, the product does not perform as expected at all. Upon application, the scent fades almost immediately and has virtually no longevity. Even shortly after spraying, the fragrance becomes undetectable, which is very frustrating given the expectations set at the time of purchase.

I was specifically advised that this fragrance was the same as, or equivalent to, the product I previously purchased from SA Fragrance Delivery. Based on my experience, this is simply not the case. The scent profile is noticeably different, and it does not share the same notes or character as Issey Miyake, which was the primary reason for my order.

As a returning customer familiar with how this fragrance should smell and perform, I am confident that this product does not match what was described or what I have used before.

I would appreciate a prompt response to explain this discrepancy and to advise how this issue can be resolved.

Received the perfume as a birthday Gift. It's literally the same as the original scent. I'll probably be getting more.

I can confirm that the perfume maintains its fragrance for up to 24 hours. The customer service was excellent; I received regular updates throughout the entire process until my order was delivered. Overall, my experience with scentimental was outstanding .

On my word, I looooove my perfume. I received it today. Highly recimmend it. Cant wait to order again. Thank you 💫

Will never buy from any other brand ever again. The Scentimental fragrances is my obsession...I have a dedicated floating shelf for them in my make up room

Value for money, amazing products!

The variety and amazing products are above and beyond expectations. Really worth it

In less than 5 minutes ive already got 2 complements, im so happy i went with scentimental

Amazing! Hubby and I are obsessed with perfumes and so happy to find a brand that lasts and is affordable especially with their combo deals!

I didn't trust that I was even going to receive my order but I made an order anyway.I bought inspired by creed irish tweed and Inspired by Calvin Klein eternity for men. I received my order and yoh I must say they smell to damn good if I could take a picture of a smell I would. You've gained a new customer because I'm definitely going to come back for more.

I’ve been exploring various local fragrance houses, and Scentimental is consistently hitting the mark. The performance on their oil-based inspirations is impressive—true 'beast mode' longevity that lasts throughout a full workday. The scent accuracy is spot on, especially compared to higher-priced retail versions. If you’re looking for high-quality scents that actually project, this is the place to shop online in SA."

I had a great experience in purchasing 2 fragrances from their clearwater store, they smell like the original and it lasts the whole day. You can smell it before you enter a room, the sillage is exceptional. You can stand in one corner, and can be smelled from the other would definitely recommend.

i'm very happy with my purchase! The perfumes smell amazing and exactly as expected. Delivery was super quick, received my order within 2 days. Great service, I’ll definitely order again.

Great scent, affordable and last long. Very impressed. Service impressive.

Great experience overall! Customer support was fast and helpful, delivery was right on time, and the fragrance smells amazing. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

honestly amazing , quick fast and easy to order and receive , I am ecstatic with the fact that I can eventually wear my Signature scent without breaking the bank .

Brilliant service, efficient delivery. Tempted to gate keep how wonderful these fragrances are. Fraction of the price - last longer then some originals..

The best so far quality of their products and service 💯💯💯💯🎯

Had a problem with the spray head of the bottles of perfume I bought and some of the contents spilt. I texted Scentimental perfumes via WhatsApp and they credited my account with money to spend on another perfume. I received my replacement perfume in two days. Thanks for the swift response and great customer care!
