This is my very first purchase from Sentimental, I accidentally made a mistake on my order, I went mad in my head and panicked, then I decided to whatsapp hoping I would get a response because it was way past 6:30pm already. I did not expect a reply, nor did I even expect my order to be corrected so efficiently. I am very amazed and satisfied with this type of customer service. We need more customer service like this in South Africa. Sentimental Big Ups to Yall!! Now I cant wait to surprise my wife.

What a waste of my money. I bought 3 different cologne,Dior Fahrenheit,Issey Miyake L'Eau Bleue D'Issey Homme and Azzaro wanted. I tested each on different days and I couldn’t even smell it on myself after spraying. Im so dissapointed

I want to thank Scentimental for the VIP treatment, received my parfumes within a week, in excellent condition. Smelling fantastic as ever!
Also, love the new labels and the colorful ads on the email where the parfumes are pictured with some of the ingredients that is in them. It makes one want to buy all of them!

The quality and longevity of the colognes is so great, the best part was the 3 for price of 1 deal. The delivery was very fast.

No issues with their representatives or the perfume itself. I would have given you 5 stars had you told me and the rest of South Africa to let the perfumes rest…irrespective scents are spot on and long lasting…would definitely recommend .

Received my cologne today Tommy hillfiger ck one and coolwaters fragrance don’t even come close to the original smells like my granny and she said she will use it. It’s a big NO stay away buy originals
