Scentizo Avis 10

I guess I'm one of the fortunate ones who actually received the Snoopy air fresheners (after some delay). However, the scent pods that came with the fresheners do not 'work', i.e. they do not release any fragrance. I sent an email requesting guidance, but they never replied. The Snoopy freshener is cute and works well, but it's useless without fragrance pods that work.

Order placed Dec 12. Didn't arrive by Christmas - and as of Jan.4 still hasn't arrived.
Useless to me now as the people that this was supposed to be a gift for are no longer here.
Company response was "it's on it's way" - so no refund. I'll be disputing this with the credit card company as well.

This company is a scam, do not order from them. I unfortunately made this mistake thinking it would be a cute little holiday gift. After a month, I have still not received any product (they charged my CC within 24 hrs). They sent a tracking number after a few days, but the tracking number is a dead link that doesn't exist. I have sent them 3 separate emails and have not heard any response. Dont make this mistake, do not order from them.

ordered a flying scent with Snoopy on it December 4th 2025. was assured it would make it before Christmas, even received a email asking if my items had arrived. Sent an email back saying it had not, response was oh so sorry it hasn't but it has left or got to the New York depot and it should be on its way. tracking number doesn't work, website order number doesn't give any status except its shipped. it is now December 29th 2025, Christmas has passed and I still have not received the items.I have sent 6 emails to them and still no response. I am seriously considering FTC report because how many scams have they pulled? I have diligently tried to resolve this issue and afraid I will have to accept the fact that they have stolen my money and other peoples money, shame on this company!

No problems at all with this company ordered not expecting to get for Christmas (12th of December) but was only a small gift so was happy to give after. Was shipped within a few days and had made it across the globe with a few hours to spare before Christmas, the tracking number as per other reviews is a bit hard to get tracking so some advice from the company on where to track would be helpful (hence the star off) but only took me about half an hour to find a website that would track that number (aftership) and setup email alerts and followed it on every stage of its journey!

Placed an order on December 6th.
Still have not received.
One email contained a trackkng number yet no record is found for it through the tracking site provided.
Sent 3 emails to their support email address and still have not received a response.
This is a scam

Company sent a false shipping link shortly after the order, it would never open any link other than what appears to be a inactive link saying its "in transit". Does not say with who, where it is at or where it came from. No updates for 2 weeks and they offer updated tracking that cant be verified are viewed by the customer. I cant believe I fell for this scam but it is indeed a total scam. The same items can be ordered on Amazon with the security of know you ordered through a reputable organization. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Took ages to receive in the UK but fantastic items. Email and customer support are useless and I gave up hope of items being delivered but 7 weeks after ordering they were delivered

Ordered in July, said item shipped, heard nothing since and never received item. Customer support doesn't reply to emails. Do not purchase from this company.

Tracking Number not working. Never received the order. Wrote several Emails. "Support" always finds new excuses. Not recommended.
