I placed an online order through Scents Angel for Tiziana Terenzi Wirtanen Extrait de Parfum. When the order arrived, I was disappointed to find that the product appeared to be inauthentic or at least inconsistent with what I expected. The scent, packaging, and overall presentation did not match other authentic Tiziana Terenzi fragrances I’ve owned or sampled.

I contacted Scents Angel customer service to share my concerns and request a resolution. After some back-and-forth, they agreed to issue a refund, which I appreciated.

Since then, I’ve ordered decants from the company and have been completely satisfied with those purchases. Based on that, this seems like an isolated incident, possibly related more to the distributor than to Scents Angel itself.

Overall, while the initial experience was disappointing, the way it was handled and my subsequent positive orders give me confidence in ordering from them again.

Great selection and availability. Love the options to sample prior to making a commitment to full size. Prices are reasonable, plus there are often discounts available. Really important, shipping is ⚡️ quick!

Nice experience

the best customer service! 100% authentic

Honesty thee best place to get all your samples Great prices!!

Very good and reliable company, authentic top of the line fragrances. Always filled to the very top, for that reason I use than more than any other decant company

Everything arrived on time it was exactly what I ordered. I would order again.

Everyone wants to know what it is that I have on. This is a very good product.

Great company and fast shipping. Products are always well packaged and authentic. Will continue to purchase from Scents Angel!

Muchas gracias.

I love this service! It allows me to try out new things! My packages are always packed with care and arrive with zero damage. 10/10 would recommend!

Great service and received my stuff pretty fast.

The samples are really disappointing and didn’t meet my expectations. I tried them all and made me feel I look like a gasoline or diesel worker. I tired to find out any smell related to what I read about all perfumes that I did order the samples but I didn’t. Anyway, thank you

I never received my order. This needs to be managed better!

Very fast shipping! I bought the full-size bottle and received a beautiful, original bottle in its original box. I can’t comment on how long the scent lasts since it’s a gift.

Quick delivery, wide selection, great price quality products! I’m already planning on getting more from them!
