I love this supplier, my customers always talk to me about how my wax has the best scent throw / scent they’ve had. I use soy 494 and these just seem to work really well together. My only concern is when using Bahama breeze it leaves the wax melting quite a soft for a while so I’ve now change from 10% FO to 8% and I’ll see if there’s improvement.

It would be nice as an extra for some sort of loyalty plan for continuous customers however they are doing a competition over on Instagram which I think is great

I use 3 companies, they all offer different things that the others don't, some of the fragrance I use from SSC are amazing. Customer service is great. However i do feel that you need to review your postage charges. You use covid as a reason for the costs exceed £7 I was also told once that it was about the weight where 3 bottles of 100ml FO cost me the same 10 candle containers and wax..another company charger a little over 3 pound is delivered with in a day of order

This company is fantastic delivery is always fast and on time , the oils are great quality , I had an order on next day delivery , accidentally put the wrong house number on it , I emailed them that night thinking , they’d prob not even read it within a few days and that I’d lost my parcel for good , and at 9am the next morning I had an email saying it’s all sorted they contacted the warehouse and got it all sorted and swapped over , they also saw I had another order coming as I’d forgot something witch ment I had to pay postage again on the forgot item , they refunded my postage and put the two orders together for me , hadn’t asked for that and it was a kind gesture , I’d never use anyone else for making my wax melts candles and diffusers

I ordered 24 candle jars, they arrived really quickly and they were packaged really well. No jars were broken which was great, as I have experienced this with another company! I will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you!

Very efficient service but the fragrance smells more of chemicals than the fragrance very disappointed

I've ordered twice now and payed for next day delivery twice and it has nevertheless turned up 2days later not what I pay my extra £6 for really not happy as I have customers orders to be getting on with but now I've hit a delay for the 2nd time since ordering with you

i ordered pomegranate noir fragrance for diffusers mainly based on the reviews however i chose to ignore the poor ones my mistake so here goes
The Good- ordered on a saturday and it arrived first thing on a monday so cannot fault the service
The Bad - fragrance does not resemble anything like the well known one it smells like a cheap men’s aftershave with notes of herbal medicine
The Ugly - after making up 4 diffusers with maximum 25% volume fragrance and putting in smallest room in the house and turning reeds there’s no smell of anything so a total waste of money

Found this company completely by accident and now have it saved as one of my suppliers for regular use!
The fragrances are incredible, prices are fantastic and delivery is super speedy, will be ordering from them again and again!
