The delivery came very promptly and they smell amazing. However the CLP labels were not up to specification on the individual bottles, the pictograms were not the right size and the labels were not viable when laid flat.

Excellent service all round; received multiple updates on progress of Order & it even arrived a day earlier than expected!
As a 1st time buyer I was hesitant to purchase as I dont like Reed Diffuser Oils that "take over" the room & usually buy subbtle fragrances that I can smell first; but decided to try & am v happy I did - its perfect.

The products are of a very good quality and the site has lots of good information.
Communication and delivery are also good.

Really happy with the delivery time, order updates and easy to use bottle and dropper. Disappointed in the scent so far. I purchased the lavender and neroli, the neroli is definitely coming through but overall the scent is like similar to that of an antiseptic cream. I'm hoping there will be some improvement after the curing process. Hoping to make a more approving review then

Ordering, delivery and packaging all fine. Bergamot scent overpowering the orange scent, cannot smell the orange.

Don’t feel like some of the fragrance smell any thing like the aftershaves/ perfumes

My recent purchases were Coconut and Lime fragrance oil which as usual was great. I also bought Lost Cherry fragrance oil which I had been waiting for to release and was disappointed with it as I feel that it has quite a strong chemical/synthetic smell. I have emailed the company to just pass on these comments. I am not sure if it were a bad batch or perhaps my sense of smell ( I don't think it were the latter though as I asked my partner to smell it without saying anything and they said it smelt strange?).
