Fantastic service. I placed an order for my favourite, now discontinued sadly, perfume on Friday afternoon. I received it today at 8am (Sunday!) and it was very well packaged and had 4 free samples/gifts in the box. Very pleased and already looking to order aftershave for my husband.

Disappointed
I have bought a 80ml tester Carolina Herrera Good Girl Blush Elexir from Scent to Coventry. The price was very good and the delivery was very fast. The only problem was that the bottle had something wrong with it. Part of the pink colour looked like it's been peeled off. I understand it's a tester bottle but I would have appreciated it if this detail was in the description of the perfume as I've bought it for a present and I felt embarrassed when the person opened the box.

obviously we stand by all our products but we don't always physically check each and every bottle with them being boxed and the volume we ship but we obviously would have put this right for you.
