This is the second time we have used Sceptre to plan our trip to Ireland. Both times they did an excellent job. They booked our flights, train tickets, rental car, hotels, and B&B vouchers. All were excellent.

Just returned from a very memorable trip to Ireland and Sceptre Tours played a big part. Sceptres willingness to work with me on modifying our self-driving emersion into the sites, history and culture of Ireland was greatly appreciated. Each of the 4 and 5 star hotels reserved for us by Sceptre met or exceeded our expectations. In Dublin, when one 5 star hotel was over-booked, Sceptre booked a reservation for us at another 5 star hotel with a room upgrade. Our experience with Sceptre was exceptional and not only would I recommend them I will not hesitate to use their services again.

I was disappointed with Sceptre Travel. I asked to be booked in Ashford Castle and only through my own due diligence did I realize that the Sceptre agent booked me in the Lodge at Ashord Castle, which is very different than the Castle itself. More care should be taken by agents when booking.

The scenery was beautiful, the people a bit reserved as a whole. Accommodations adequate but not deluxe.

This was the 2nd time we have used Sceptre to book our airline flight, place to stay and car rental for a trip to Ireland. I have experienced no problems or issues with them. If I have any questions they respond to me immediately. Our flights have all been good and our place to stay (Adare Manor Villas) are fabulous. I will use them again for my travels.

Sceptre did an excellent job of making all of our reservations (air, car rental, and hotels) for our 12 day vacation in Ireland. Everything worked smoothly and I would recommend Sceptre to anyone travelling to Ireland.

We requested 4-star hotels and were very satisfied with our accommodation. A couple of the hotels were on the outskirts of the city and we would recommend requesting to be closer to the city center in the future.

The driver proved to be a very entertaining and knowledgeable tour-guide. We saw a lot of Southern Ireland. Our hotels were very comfortable. We did things on-time. Excellent trip except for some of the inconsistencies in what was promised and what was covered (out-of-pocket 209 Euros, but I submitted those receipts to Sceptre for reimbursement; have not heard whether or not the company will honor their initial promises).

Our parents got a package deal through a third party for a trip to Europe but when we went to book the trip it had sold out. Turns out the third party used Sceptre to put the package together. We called Sceptre directly and they gave us the same price for the same package without going through the third party so we could join in on family vacation fun. Sceptre even contacted us in Dublin to let us know that we had forgotten our passports in a hotel safe the night before. We didn't even realize they were missing until Sceptre contacted us. Pretty good service in my opinion.

We went to Ireland with a group of 12 family members. Sceptre planned the itinerary for us and had great suggestions which incorporated all of our ideas. I wouldn't change a thing!

In my opinion this was not a full service travel agency. They booked the air, car & hotel. When the holiday was approaching we had a few snags and called a few times for questions and they were completely unhelpful. Out of the 4 hotels we stayed one we suggested and asked for them to book, this one was the best hotel. The other 3 they suggested and of those only 1 was great, the other 2 were definitely not top of the line which we requested. I would not use this agency for future travel. I would do better booking on my own

We had a wonderful trip to Ireland. Sceptre was extremely easy to work with. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We travel to Ireland every couple of years. I always use Sceptre to book because we're always doing something a little non-standard. Booking hotel for only part of the stay, hiring car for only part of the stay. Family going over together but returning on different dates, that sort of thing. Sceptre handles those types of requests with aplomb. Trying to do that online would be a hassle at best or just impossible.

The hotels were all great and our driver, Anthony Doody, was awesome. He was very informative as well as being an excellent driver and had a great sense of humor. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Sceptre and would recommend them to anyone looking to take a trip. The trip was great from the first day to the last. We hated having to leave.
