Quick customer service
I had a bottle arrive damaged and reached out to Science & Co to see what could be done. I was honestly impressed with how quickly they handled it. Customer service responded right away, apologized for the issue, and had a replacement sent out without making it complicated. Things happen during shipping, so for me it’s really about how a company handles the situation. They made it easy and took care of it quickly. Really appreciated the service and how responsive the team was.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Science & Co from the beginning. The entire process was straightforward, my order shipped quickly, and communication has been excellent. I’ve been using Tirzepatide and have been really happy with how things are going so far. What I appreciate most is how accessible the team is. Whenever I’ve had a question, I’ve received a quick response, including from the medical team. It feels like there’s actually someone there to help you rather than having to wait days for an answer. Overall, the combination of fast shipping, responsive customer service, and support from the doctor team has made this a great experience.

The customer service at Science & Co…
The customer service at Science & Co has honestly been one of the best parts of my experience. I had a few questions when I first started and was surprised by how quickly I received answers. The doctor team was responsive as well and made the process feel much more personal than other online services I’ve tried. Shipping was fast, everything arrived as expected, and I’ve had a great experience with Tirzepatide so far. It’s nice having a company that makes the entire process simple and actually responds when you need help.

Honestly so, so very happy with my experience. Was initially a bit nervous at first but the Tirzepatide has been working great for me, and I appreciate how easy it is to get a quick responses to any questions or concerns from the doctor team. They really alleviated my nervousness and now I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Testing the waters

I had a great experience with this company from Reddit. The person I worked with was Science_Stacey she was so helpful. The shipping was 10x times better than other companies and meds actually work down 10lbs in first month.
Update: Meds actually work really well and Im so impressed.
