Absolutely shocking from start to finish. I made a mistake with a order and got muddled up and his email.became rude. I asked for a refund he said no.
I then wait 2 weeks to get a email saying my part will be dispatched in 2 days. I email 5 days later and the part hasn't come and then he offered me a refund.
The person who runs this company needs a fast track course on customer service. He is a rude arrogant person.
I will never ever order anything from.him again and with the eay he is I think the company will be dead withing a couple of years.

i think i had the first dualtron thunder in nottingham [broxtowe] i ordered several parts from scootera and there was a little problem with a quality issue on one item. when i pointed this out to claudiu i have to give him massive credit for putting the matter right straight away . in fact i have just received my package replacement a few minutes ago . i ended up getting better items than i ordered . thank you claudiu and i will be in touch to order more upgrades in the future ray from notts thank you

Got my Dualtron Thunder yesterday was a long wait but very worth it, (it states so on the website so it's really hard to miss to be honest) claudiu contacted me instantly after purchase to make sure I was aware of it and okay to wait as these are built from the ground up when an order is placed but boy it's the best purchase I ever made! it's an animal! Never felt speed like it and acceleration and it's so smooth, handles bumps with no issue and I'm a big guy roughly 118kg and it literally dragged me with no problem. It Came in nice neat packaging and the scooter itself was immaculate only thing was missing a screw cap to lock 1 handle bar so I substituted with a knut for the time being Haha! But claudiu got right on it and has shipped me one out! Legend! Claudiu was fantastic kept my up to date via email and text message and very re-assuring great service cant fault it will definitely be using again in the future!! Highly recommend if you want a good quality scooter, claudiu will keep you upto date and any issues he's right on it very knowledgeable guy and great customer service over all!
Disgusting customer services
I received a dispatch email with tracking details on it to see that apparently my package had been delivered 2 or 3 days before. I contacted the company to let them know I hadn't received it.
Later that day someone from the company came to my house and was being very aggressive and intimidating, my neighbour came out to check i was OK! He was accusing me of lying and wanted to take a picture of me on his phone. In the end I recieved my refund and I made a complain via email.. Only to recieve a rude response. I will NEVER use this company any. Disgusting customer services.

I had an appalling experience with this business. I was sold a Dualtron Thunder that was supposedly brand new (and I paid the full price), and when it arrived there was wear damage to the folding stem mechanism and around various bolts. In addition the Odometer read 168 miles, although I was told this had been replaced from another scooter because the when it was delivered from the factory the original LCD and control system had 'burnt out'...
I am 100% sure this scooter was not new and things were being covered up about it.
After requesting a refund, I was told to wait until another buyer had been found. I pressed for my money back and was told I couldn't have it until the next buyer was found because my money had been used to refund the previous owner. So the story then explains that the scooter isn't new at all. Very bad and aggressive emails, no regard for customer service, or the fact you're spending thousands of pounds.
I would avoid buying anything from this place as they're dishonest, rude and have no regard for the customer.
