Interressant wird es wie gut wird die Ware für den Transport verpackt und wie sieht Sie dann aus ???

The auction is large, diverse, and well run. Shipping is well executed. Shipping is very expensive, but when sending a parcel of optimum size (6 full sized bottles usually but not always) their shipping charges are actually at the low end of the range of shipping charge prices used by retail stores for comparable products.

My biggest criticism of them is that their shipping quote process is opaque and the results of it can be unpredictable, especially when dealing with half-sized or mini bottles, sampler sets, or oddball sized & shaped bottles. Sometimes it takes several tries to get a shipped parcel to the optimum size, because you have to reject a quote (without knowing why it kicked up into the next size bracket upwards) and then try again, finding the optimum size by a crude process of trial-and-error. A more transparent system which openly disclosed the dimensional weight of each item being considered for shipment would make this easier and would lead to fewer shipping quotes being rejected.

Prompt dispatch and always well packaged

Would be five stars, but your shipping cost are a little high. You have to have six bottles to ship in order for it to be worthwhile to buy from you.

SWA is a big auction with many bottles - need to be careful not to win too many...

They emailed that two of my bottles were lost and that they needed my bank info to refund my money. I asked a follow up question and since then they have gone silent and are not issuing a refund. At first they stated Calum was out sick but i have been waiting 4-5 months for a response and have emailed them several times asking for the status. Still no money returned... and no communication.
