Lady on the front desk, always a smile on her face and ready to help. Been a regular customer for many years and not a negative word to say about the company.
Been using SWA for years now. Staff are great and really helpful. Even discovered they offer a storage service if you dont have space for extra bottles.

Generally good but make mistakes
Generally a good website and trustworthy but I did have a very large purchase where the product that was auctioned based on photo and what I received were not the same; not thrilled with how they handled this

What an incredible team and service.
What an incredible team. Each member guided me through all the selling process, arranging photo valuation, doorstep collection, updated me with messages and helpful emails, and advised me when the money had been sent. Of course I also bought stuff, it would be rude not to.. and this process was seamlessly efficient, transparent and very reasonable to store my winnings at their warehouse until required. Thank you Julie, Gary, Calum, Linda and the pick-up lads.
