Welcome to Scots Law Talks - where we believe that knowledge of Scots law should be open to all. Our mission is to provide the public with knowledge and to encourage enthusiasm about law, as well as to empower students to pursue their dreams in higher education. Our talks explore the intricacies of the Scottish legal system and shed light on important topics, such as law, crime and justice. Our events and workshops offer attendees the opportunity to engage directly with important topics such as crime, law and justice through interactive sessions. Our pre-university preparation courses are designed to empower students with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel at higher education.

Live Legal Issues - Drama & Great Chat!
This was fascinating as usual, another item of law I wasn't aware of, and very much a live issue as it is being pursued by local families whose loved ones have not been laid to rest. Lindsay is a great storyteller, a charismatic speaker who draws you in and makes the most complex of legal matters accessible. LOVE IT!!

Have attended two events and really enjoyed both. The right balance of information & entertainment.
Lindsay is very engaging and you cant help but pay attention. The talks are well pitched, even if you have no prior legal knowledge you will be able to follow along & enjoy as the concepts are explained before diving into the main cases.

A fascinating evening for all crime fans!
The night was fascinating from start to finish. Clear, always interesting and the presenter was excellent. The members of the audience were encouraged to give their opinions and that was very interesting. It was also great to be able to use our phones to complete a live poll. A brilliant evening.
