At times, the individuals I spoke with, particularly Jay, Ahmed (I hope I have remembered your name correctly, but you sit behind Jay), and Chan, provided invaluable support. During these emotional moments, they acted more like a therapist than Debt Solution Experts during our phone conversations. The way in which I was assisted had a significant positive impact on my well-being, and that was even after only the first phone call. They explained the process in a manner that I could comprehend, helping me select the appropriate solution to meet my needs, and essentially relieving me of the burden of my debt when I believed there was no escape.
