Buried our cat Gino's ashes in our garden with the beautiful plaque we bought from scottsy (in memory of Gino & Tom, our cat from a few years ago). Ordered 5 pictures on Saturday and they arrived on Wednesday.

The pictures are amazing. I'm really happy with them. I bought two for myself and 3 as xmas gifts and I know my family members will be just as delighted with them as I am.

I also had a query about my pictures and sent an email on Saturday evening and I got a reply straight back so this is a very attentive company.

Ordered a personalised case for the iPhone 16e. It took a little longer to arrive than expected but for free postage I accept that (about 10 days from despatch E mail to arrival) and to be fair once with the courier it’s out of their control. The case is really nice and great value for under £11.
I e mailed to query why it hadn’t arrived (a bit impatient of me) but they responded immediately. So great customer service.

Delighted with my experience! Ordered a phone case as a gift for my mum and we were initially disappointed that the plastic didn’t last. Scottsy got in contact immediately to rectify the issue and sent out a new, sturdier case on the same day with speedy delivery. This gift was very sentimental and my mum is so happy with it! Thank you ☺️

The first item was not received, and a replacement was sent out. The replacement has faults on the surface which look terrible. I have been informed that this is just part of the natural slate, but it isn’t. It is clear that the photograph has been printed over dirt or dust and the quality looks extremely poor. There is a big lump on the forehead of the subject of the photograph which catches the light and is very noticeable. The surface is also covered in tiny scratches which wouldn’t have been worth complaining about individually, but combined with the clear faults - overall just looks extremely disappointing. I’ve had many photo slates in the past from different companies, so I completely understand that they all have different uneven edges etc and are unique - but my issue isn’t with that - and the company just seem to want to passively aggressively reply stating it’s to be expected. Products from other companies are of far superior quality and they obviously don’t take criticism well. Aside from this, the heart slate doesn’t fit into the plastic holders so the only way it could be displayed anyway would be to lean it against something, for example a wall. I’ve also been told in emails that they have never had issues in the past, however I have read these myself in reviews since so I know this is incorrect. Definitely wouldn’t order again, or recommend.
