Have ordered from Steph a few times and I’m really impressed with the products and the service she provides. Items are dispatched quickly and delivered really well packaged. Any questions are answered by Steph quickly. My most recent purchase was an Italian diffuser (Alambra) which is huge and highly scented and makes the whole room smell amazing. Would definitely recommend this product and this company.

I always order my cleaning products from here and I love trying any new scents.

I ordered the baby fragrance- I don’t think I’ll order this again , nothing to do with the service as it was amazing I don’t feel like it leaves the clothes smelling as fresh.

However I did get the Forrest scent in the multipurpose spray floor cleaner and laundry detergent and I love it !!

And I also got a free diary - who can complain with that !!

I was looking for the fresh laundry smell found on Spanish linen in particular. Whilst this is a very good product, suits sensitive skin and removes stains it doesn’t quite have the lingering fragrance I was looking for.

Love getting my Spanish cleaning supplies from Steph. My favourite is the Colonia range. Great service and quick delivery. I even got a free diary with my order.

Love my Scouse Bird Diary I’ll definitely be buying one again for next year! You can tell a lot of thought has gone into designing them with all the extra details that you don’t get with a shop bought diary!

I've purchased the Scouse Bird diary for the 6th year in a row, and I simply cannot function without it now! It is so convenient, well conceived, well designed. Perfect for people who want stay on top of things every single day of the year. Each day has a to-do list and a daily rota hour per hour. There are pages to keep track of our bills, lot of pages for extra notes, a page for the year's goals, a period tracker, check-lists to pack our suitcase for a trip, a reading log etc etc. This year's new features are fantastic: a monthly calendar at the beginning of each month, so we can have an overview of the month and organise stuff early; a pocket to keep paper documents, a daily affirmation box. Impossible not to get your life's back on track with this diary. Also, the shop is indepently owned, and Steph is lovely and easily reachable. Plus, she sent my parcel so quickly, and I'm so grateful for this! Last but not least, she allows payments in 3 installments via Klarna, even for the cheapest items. Let me be clear; the prices at Scouse Bird are very reasonable, and each item is worth every single penny. Plus Steph regularly gives discounts. But this year my financial situation didn't allow me to buy even a discounted, reasonably priced item unless the payment was split in 3, so a big thank you for this!
