No customer service
The scrubs I like and the price was good but my order was pending for a month and had zero response from customer service after NUMEROUS attempts.

Check for defects
The arm of the sweatshirt has a clear defect. It even has a hole and it looks like someone cut the sleeve off and sewed it back on. I will be calling to get it replaced but this took 2 weeks to get to me. Now I have to wait on another one.

Good quality, good embroidery, unique issue is you are so slow to embroidery, 1 month almost just for that.

Nobody from your company has confirmed…
Nobody from your company has confirmed that they deducted the shipping charge from my bill for my order placed 9/22/26. I signed up for email and text messages from Scrub-in before I placed my order and there was an offer that constantly popped up on screen for free shipping on my next order for doing so.

Inaccurate sizing

Products seems of quality, I have not been able to wear them or wash them. My order was not complete and also had 2 pants that were the wrong Color. I cant wear just the tops, I am missing 3 pants basically.
