Wasn't delivered
Wasn't delivered. Picture from dhl not my house. No delivery driver on my ring doorbell. As stated, Photo was not my house. Phoning me to harrass me not good, then leaving angry voicemails, really not good. If you dont want poor reviews, dont send self congratulatory emails saying youve delivered my item and asking for feedback, when it was dumped outside a neighbours without even trying my door ( i was in). I fedback what had happened, an unsatisfactory delivery and then harrasment.

This is incorrect i have proof of POD with photo, with opened door, it was not 'dumped', usual practice for couriers to leave with a neighbour. Fact is you do have your urgent item. I do not know what else i can do. As for harassment, i simply reached out to find out why you were unhappy and to offer help and even a full refund if required. Mid conversation you decided to hang up, which is nothing short of unprofessional and disrespectful. I left a message to offer a discussion, as yet you have declined. We tried but like i said you can't please everyone i guess. What a shame you blame us for a DHL successful delivery.
The drives arrived the next day…
The drives arrived the next day packaged securely even though they were ordered near the cut off. Installed without issue and repaired the array.

The disc works and the lights all go green after rebuilding. My only comment is, it says it is a Dell disc, but in my Dell PowerEdge server it still shows with the warning (non-critical) yellow triangle and exclamation mark and says it is not certified.
Not the end of the world, but a bit annoying.

Thanks a lot for the order Mark and for leaving feedback. Sometimes with these Dell machines this happens, its usually a firmware upgrade that can fix it. Remember you have 2 years warranty with this item so please get back if we need to send a replacement.
