They issued a wrong ticket, we missed the boat and until today we didn't get any compensation for the lost accommodations, the additional accommodation we had to book let alone for the emotional stress hampering our vacations and our memories of the trip.
The customer service started kind of friendly, but very quickly switched to threatening us instead of resolving our issue and offering a viable solution. And until today, the loss was completely on our side, the customers.
It is clear they try to save on every Euro they can instead of making customers whole and maintaining a good reputation.
