Do not purchase from this company. I should have learned lessons by reading reviews first. I am 5 ft 6” and usually a uk 10/12 for clothes. I ordered a M size confident that this size would fit. The swimsuit arrived in a reasonable time frame but is far too short in length so I started the process of a return not expecting it to be so convoluted a process. Different options all involving you paying more money and covering the shipping costs. The swimsuit was not cheap so definitely not worth the price I paid even if it did fit.

Dreadful service. I received order confirmation almost as soon as I sent it however one month later I had not received any communication at all. I had tried to track my order but the platform would not give me any information other than the order number. When I contacted the company I was told that my garment was no longer available, this was not communicated to me at the time I lodged the order and I wonder if I would have received any information at all had I not followed up Really dreadful service and I won't be using this company again

Returns have to be paid for by customer. US return address for items bought on UK site - nowhere on website do they make this clear.

Poor fit, poor quality goods. I thought I had ordered a bikini set, but only a top arrived. This was NOT clear at the time of ordering.
Returns was complicated and expensive.

Ordered four swimsuits from the UK site. Quickly checked the returns policy, which said ‘Quick and easy returns’, within 30days, all you had to do was pay for return postage, which I thought was fine. Only liked one suit when they came, so wanted to return three. The only way to return items is to email customer support. To be fair they responded to all my emails quickly, but after 3 emails declining partial refunds and money off vouchers, I eventually got the return address, which was in the USA. I checked the website again and nowhere did it mention returns to the USA, intentionally being vague about the laws applying to the sale. By the time I would have paid for returns to the USA (about £25), and they took off their shipping fee, I would have got back less than the partial refunds they were offering, so I went with that instead. Absolutely terrible service for UK customers, so I would advise people not to bother. Awful it’s not made clear on the website where the return address would be. Will definitely not be using them again.

Do not use this company. They are not UK nor are they made from sustainable fabrics. They charge a fortune in PP and they wont refund the whole amount...only part AND you have to cover all the postage. I spend almost £70 on goods (with postage and only got £34 back. The fabric was cheap, poorly made and would have melted I suspect in the heat...JUST DONT BUY THEM. I will be reporting them to the ASA!

It’s a scam. Poorly made, late delivery and YOU CANNOT RETURN ITEMS THAT DO NOT FIT

Ordered three items, 11 days ago paying £18.99 for “express” delivery. Item hasn’t even been despatched a week later. Asked for a refund so they have now sent me a fake fedex tracking number and an invoice which has the wrong items on it. Refusing refund.

Previously bought a custume from Seafancy - loved the flattering cut and design. I purchased a few costumes, but decided to return one as it was too big.
This is where the problems started. Firstly finding how to request a return, eventually located an email address. emailed to request a return. They didn't offer me a return but a voucher or discount. I requested again for a return and they offered me again a voucher.
Three emails later, I eventually get the details to return. However, with such complicated instructions and a return to the USA from the UK means that this is prohibitive.

ONLY BUY IF YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN YOU DO NOT NEED TO RETURN

Don't be fooled by the range of lovely inclusive designs - it's how they got me. The quality of what I received was terrible and the customer service even worse! Not UK based despite a .co.uk domain. The costume I ordered was badly put together, and not measured correctly. The straps were unevenly spaced to the body and twisted whole costume... unwearable. They will not provide return postage for faulty items and return address is in the US. Many emails back and forth to try and get a resolution, tried several times to bargain with me to avoid giving a full refund. Avoid.

They literally cut the size off the tags of my swim suit set prior to shipping and sent me atleast a 3x which is huge on me!

The returns policy is a lie. If you return, it has to be sent back to America, so they will encourage you to keep the items for a fraction of the price as a refund. I luckily sold my items on Vinted but I couldn't get the same as what I paid for them. The quality of the items was ok but they didn't fit me. Unless you're extremely confident that everything usually fits you fine, don't order from them!

I’m really confused reading the negative reviews. Nearly didn't order but swimsuits looked stylish. Over the past year I have ordered 2 with no problem they feel and fit lovely had lots of people asking where I got them from but a bit worried in telling them just in case they experience some of the 1 star ratings. May be it’s the returns that are the problem 🤔

Do not order from them. Return policy is not accurate. Wanting £7 per item to return plus have to send to NEW jersey when I’m in the UK. Trying to offer me a settlement to keep! Making it very difficult to return. I don’t need four of the same items ordered for size comparison!

this was the worst company experience I have ever encountered. The products they sent me were sewn incorrectly, sized horribly and of poor quality. The bottoms of one were so horrendous they made me (a slim female) look like I distinctly had male genitals. Then they had the audacity to offer me a refund of only 30% IF I paid for the shipping and sent photos of the panty liner intact to them which is not clearly detailed in their refund policy. When I insisted this was an unfair business practice and that I should receive a full refund and free shipping for the suit that did not match the product I had purchased they refused to budge and did not seem to care in the least. I went to leave a review and the site would never let me submit my review. This site is a horrible scam and I wish I would have been wise enough not to use a debit card so I could have disputed the charges.

The products are good enough quality and delivery is fast, but sizing is really inaccurate, and when you ask for a refund you have to do so via a slow clunky email process, wherein you get pressurised to just have a partial refund instead of return the product. There is no refund guarantee and they make it impossible. Luckily I was able to gift my purchases to a friend. But Personally I'd never use this company again.

Paid for swimsuit then couple weeks later received bill from FedEx and was not informed of this cost very disappointed won't be ordering again also had paid for swimsuit and shipping costs and then getting letters from FedEx for shipping charges and then. Letter from debt collector company Never again buying

Don’t bother with this lot!
After 5 weeks I still had not received dispatch confirmation for my January order so I emailed them. Was told one item (out of 2) was out of stock. I requested refund and explanation why I wasn’t informed sooner and why I was still waiting for my second item. No response regarding my second item. Refund for both eventually paid in March even though I did not cancel second item.

Ordered two years ago and got an email today after complaining about the poor quality of the product and I’ve been offered a £10 credit to purchase another item if I remove my review 🤣🤣🤣 AVOID THIS COMPANY

Emailed them and they eventually came back that both were “out of stock”
Offered me $5 compensation if I wanted to order more !!!? PATHETIC COMPANY
