I thought I was signing up to purchase a bag but it was for a membership with sealbin. I sent an email and the response was very fast, they listened to my request and my issue got resolved in a timely manner. Thank you very much for your help Edith-Escalation team.

the customer service is top of the line. with one hour they had corrected the issue I was dealing with with a refund. if it wasnt for the membership fee-which more than i was willing to pay- I would definitely be purchasing their products.

This is a scam webside. They told me that the was going to cancel a membership that i never applyed for and they never did it. Instead, they tried to charge my card again which, fortunately, declined every transaction they attempted. I can see now that their word cannot be trusted; they told me there wouldn't be any issues, and they lie to me they continued to make charges regardless. Do not trust this company.

I was unaware of charges and didn't make an account with the company. They were quick to resolve the issue

To start with I thought I was purchasing a box of fishing tackle, but indeed I was purchasing a membership that I didn't know anything about until I received an email saying so. I sent Sealbin a email wanting a cancelation and refund. Emily was really helpful and took care of everything for me. For future reference Sealbin needs to tell people if they try to buy fishing tackle they will be buying a membership.

La verdad no fue buena experiencia ya que no se especifican bien sobre que se trata el procedimiento sobre esa página y porque se paga gran cantidad, y gracias a la señorita edith que resolvió mi problema
