There was an issue with my account/situation and they were able to get in contact with me within 24 hours and assist me to resolve my issue and I am happy with that.

Quick refund but having trouble completing form

I was charged a $9.99 for a membership.I reviewed the comments here and wanted to unsubscribe. When trying to unsubscribe and get a refund , I was told,"You can't unsubscribe til 24 hours has passed ." Hmmm. Trying again the next day,I noticed a $66.33 charge on my account while trying to unsubscribe. I chatted to a "ADAM" ,who for 14 minutes denied each complaint I had.When I said that I would contact the Wisconsin AND Michigan State FRAUD COMMISSIONERS OFFICE he finally agreed to a refund. Now i noticed a $ 9.99 charged AFTER THE REFUND. I called my Financial Bank/changed my card/.I've NEVER experienced a company like this before and will NEVER do business with BINSEAL or ANY of their AFFILIATES ......still waiting for a $ 9.99 refund....... NOW....on 4-30-2026 ....a month and 22 days later....they must have noticed my COMPLAINT is still posted .They graciously have said , "If you leave a 4 or 5 star review they'll refund my money " . HAHAHA ...they can take that 10 bucks and put it where the SUN don't shine. SO THE COMPLAINTS you read that are "SOLVED " are really just paid bribes that the customers have to post just to get THEIR OWN MONEY BACK ! I'd rather trust a stranger than these WEASELS,....really . Don't trust them and TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY to TELL THEIR FRIENDS AND FAMILY the same darn thing . So I am losing my $10.00 USD by telling the WORLD that this isn't a honest,reputable business .

When I contacted Jeremy he advised that as soon as a posted a great review he would refund my money. I purchased online what I thought was a product, but turned out to be a subscription.
