This is the most disrespectful and bully boy tactic company I have ever ever come across. A telephone call, with no mention of it being recorded and no mention of it being a legally binding agreement ends up being an agreement that they say you cannot get out of. Numberous emails and letter to them to say go away your service is of no use and it NOT required. We are now receiving final notification before legal action letter. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not entertain a phone all from this despicable company. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. We are now taking legal action against them.

I've tried this service and did not receive anything of what they promised. I went and change all my business details online by myself. Then the torture started when it was time to renew. As soon as the call started I said I did not want to renew and they force you to say the things that they want you to say to get you to renew the contract. They won't tell you that they are recording the call which is against privacy for a start, then if you won't pay their invoice (which under trading standard you have the right to cancel) they will keep calling EVERY day, sending you letters etc stating that there is a verbal agreement. Seriously the WORST company I had to deal with. They are so annoying and disrespecful. All reviews here are saying the same and I am surprised that they are still in business pestering people. I will take this legally should you not stop sending letters or calling.

If only i had looked on here first. We had a phone call where we said we didnt want to renew for anotehr 12 months. The call was abrupt and the sales technique agressive. We said send an invoice to where we felt pressured. We tried to cancel several times to which they respond with a voice recorded (no messages about calls being recorded) where they say we have agreed. No agreement was discussed and despite trying to cancel they call us daily and send us an invoice for £370 which includes a debt charge (for a service we dont want).
Their terms and conditions do not have a cooling off period and they arent accepting our cancellation.
They are sending letters threatening CCJ's and action if we do not pay.
We told them within days we did not want the service.
This is the worst company i have ever dealt with.
I am now taking legal action through our solicitor and processing a formal complaint with Trading Standards.
This company either needs to change or close

Awful service, same as comment below, told me I had agreed verbally on the phone, use intense pressure tactics and don't let you consider anything, after 20 mins of consideration I emailed and told them we couldn't afford it, now they're demanding money, make sure you don't even say 'okay' to them on the phone as this is supposedly a verbal agreement then demand a large sum of money. Obviously won't be paying.

Wish had seen this site before agreeing to anything!!
Naively agreed to this but on further consultation decided not to go ahead.
No money had passed hands but have been informed that we made a business to business agreement.
Surely if haven't actually paid then haven't fully committed to anything??

Told them that I do not want to go ahead with using them as I do not find what they do beneficial and I am now being blackmailed by them saying ‘if you do not pay us we will delete all of your good reviews’ is this possible? Disgusting service

Badgered to sign up again when I made it clear I am not interested .
Hundreds of calls later I have blocked every number . This company are aggressive. No doubt they see this as a positive trait in their cold callers . Its like being confronted with a person literally programmed to ignore anything but a yes. This is close to abuse after a while .
I do not recommend anyone to use this company.
There should be laws against this kind of harassment.

Worst company in the world big scam stay away at all cost do not answer the phone to the robbing to bob scum so I pay the money after getting a court letter and tell them nether contact me again and they start emailing me the must be a thick bunch . The bigs crooks iv ever come across

Following a cold call my boss took out a contract with this company. Paid the fee and then unable to send alterations. Several phone calls which resulted in 4 different email addresses all returned unknown. Don't touch them with a barge pole.

We tried from 3 different email addresses with the same result every time

Got a cold call from this so called company claiming to work for Google Got sucked in
Net time they phone I will tell them to go where the sun does not shine (up my backside)

No stars from me! They are the biggest pain in the neck to any business ever!

Horrific, pushy, swines who continuously ring back time after time and never get rid of your details from their system!

We have no interest in the services, its not going to be detrimental to our business, and we have asked on every occasion for details to be removed from the system but still they come back, with arrogant pushy phone calls like they are going to change our minds!

Definitely don't work with them!

My wife was conned.

We signed up to this scam and paid £238.80. I have tried over the last 3 days to contact them by the FOUR different emails they sent me. All bounced back. I have called several times again no call back. I have asked for my money back but not their policy so I will have to take legal action. Its a scam please ovoid. Ken Wright

I’ve had yet another call from this company and still they use a withheld number to call people on. After asking for my number to be deleted yet again the caller then was still trying to sell there services which I have no interest in. All my telephone numbers are registered with tps so shouldn’t be receiveing calls from this company. I’ve reported this to ICO again.

Rang me on with held telephone numbers and went to tell me that my 30 day free trial on Google Business page had ended and that they were my management company for that page.When i explained i was not interested they became very aggressive down the phone so i hung up. Numerous other calls and then sending me the most exaggerated figures for searches on my business via Google that were comical.Next thing i receive an invoice for £120 for their management fees. No written contracts sent.Reported to Google as i never came them permission to manage my page

Constant cold calling from these shysters offering something that any business owner can do for free. They call me at least once a week, despite being asked repeatedly not to. Avoid! If you go to Google, they even tell you how to create your business listing

One of their team just called me (11.30am on 2nd August) and when I told him we were not interested but thank you for your call, he put the phone down on me mid sentence! Classy!

We got a call saying their name and they we're calling from Search Point UK, I hung up. I'd realised it was a withheld number.

I'd hear on the grape vine that they offer Google listings that you can do yourself but for free, obviously I googled to find out how to do it myself, but decided a Google listing is not for us.

It is concerning that it seems they make quite a lot of telephone calls to people they don't seem to know the names of and don't honour the TPS or requests to stop calling.

So if I ever change my mind about a google listing, I'll do it myself thanks. I'm going to guess the reply will be we can't find your name in our database reply.

EDIT: Why don't you do your own TPS screen of all the numbers you call? You must be responsible and liable for what YOU do.

If I give you a can of petrol and matches and walk away, and you light a fire, which one of us is the arsonist? It would be you. Why rely on me not giving you flammable liquid and matches?

Why continue using what by now must be dubious third party data, did they opt in to be called all these times about something they don't want and can't get you to stop calling them.

Also I've never used data from a "business listing" as info on a company, I just google search, I'm wondering if your just flogging a dead horse here. To be honest until you carried on cold calling about business listings, it was to be honest, the first time I knew about the service.

If I don't know the name of type of company, there's always yell.com to do a category look up.

UPDATE: Not sure you have thousands of people with the same name considering you have no followers on twitter
