Poor customer service, slow shipping
I’ve sent emails trying to follow up my order but no response. I understand things are delayed due to COVID so I’m happy to wait a bit longer but at least keep your customers updated.
I’m now getting worried due to seeing other reviews that say they take months to arrive. Winter will be over by then 🙃
Update August 30 (original order date July 9): I received a response from customer support assuring me I would get the package but still nothing!

Incredibly bad customer service, incredibly bad delay
I still havent received my order after 8 weeks, cant track my order neither. Called their uk contact number several times, every time receptionist promised urgent callback which never happened and hang up the phone at last call like a joke... I will have to take action against them if they are going to keep up like that
Edit: My package arrived today after 74 days.As i see in my tracking history package left US 3 days ago and arrived to UK yesterday. Package was in US for 70 days if there was a package before!

I placed the order 27 April and up to now my items are not yet shipped. Few days ago, they told me that my parcel is shipped and in transit with DHL. I called DHL and told me that the airway bill they provided was automatically generated but there is no physical parcel taken by DHL.
Please be careful with this.
* After never ending communication and still hoping they will send my order, on Aug 21, the parcel start to move from US to destination. I hope it will reach me soon. Thanks.
