Item didn’t weigh what it should
Had brought a chain gold 1mm 24” box and it was Lovely and ON WAIGHT. I then ordered a cross pendant for my brother I have just opened it and weighed it and it was advertised as 1gram but actual weight is 0.85 I’m not happy at all I’m really really disappointed as I thought I had found somewhere to buy all my jewellery. If this could be resolved in anyway I would still be open to using them tho as the quality and delivery has been great

We do use calibrated scales that are certified specifically for weighing gold jewellery, but of course, mistakes can occasionally happen. We always want our listings to be as accurate as possible, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know.
We’d really like to put this right for you. Would you prefer a partial refund based on the difference in weight, or would you like to return the item for a full refund instead? Just let us know what suits you best, and we’ll get it sorted as quickly as possible.
