Great product and good to buy from a small business. Small niggle, the packaging was all over the place. We managed to sort it out but a bit better outer box packaging would help.

Consistently good quality Gin, irrespective of the botanicals used we have enjoyed every gin presented to us each month.

I love this gin each delivery is special and unique. All botanicals used are grown in the grounds and you also get a organic garnish to go with it along with your tonic. They are the perfect treat or ideal to share a drink with a friend.

Bought this as a gift for my niece and husband who enjoy trying new gins and holidaying in Scotland- so it was an ideal gift and affordable. I chose the 3 month subscription so the gift lasted over Christmas until February.

We first tasted two of their gins at RHS Wisley and then went on to buy a bottle direct. The wild gin is delicious, very fresh and light, and it’s my current favourite!
We also tried their Christmas gin but we much prefer the non Christmas flavoured gins.

I ordered some gin and tea as a gift and paid but somehow missed the shipping instructions so the order was listed as going to my billing address. I called Secret Garden Distillery immediately and didn't get through at first so sent an email message. I tried to call one more time and got through directly to an immensely helpful lady who printed off the shipping label and adjusted the address by hand. She also sorted the order out with the dispatch department so that it was sent off the same day as I ordered. It arrived on time at the right address despite ordering at the last moment. The woman I spoke to was so very helpful and constructive - she relieved my anxiety and cheered me up no end. Fantastic customer service.
