Secretmug Avis 

Today is September 18, and I'm editing my original review from September 10. I ordered a mug and a desk sign on July 31, 2026, but I didn't receive them until September 13. During that time, I sent multiple emails asking for updates on my order, but I never received a response. I only received one or two tracking updates that didn't provide any meaningful information. My advice is that if you need anything from this company quickly, either look for a different provider or give yourself at least two months to receive it. Personally, I will not be using them again. By the way, the mug and sign met my expectations, but they arrived too late for me to send them as a gift. They literally came by slow boat from China. Originally, I gave only one star. I have since upgraded to two.

If I could give negative stars I would! Absolute scam!! No order received although states should have been delivered a week ago. No replies to multiple emails and no tracking info either. Don't trust this fake supplier....😡

I’m in the same boat as everyone else. Placed order on July 7, expected delivery date given was July 21, it is now Aug 13 and nothing. Also confirming the link track your package is useless.

Ordered July 14th with an expected delivery of July 28th. It still shows expected delivery on July 28th. The tracking takes you to a generic page with no information that shows a false trust pilot score in the top corner. Do not give your money to this scam website

Ordered a secret mug July 10th ‘26. Got an expected delivery date of July 24th. No tracking number. No delivery. Company does not respond to emails. Had to do a chargeback. Stay away from this company

Don't bother ordering from this company.
I still havent received my order placed on the 8th of July, stated it was 1-5 days for shipping, due to be delivered between 16th and the 21st of July, still waiting. The tracking number just sends you to a generic page with no valid information. They do not reply to emails, I have emailed twice regarding this order.
