Order placed and money taken from my bank account straight away. Two weeks later, still no order confirmation and no response from the company to chase up emails. Very annoyed and disappointed.

We have been delighted with every Secret Warehouse purchase.
We have been delighted with every purchase we have made from Secret Warehouse. Each item has arrived, well packed and promptly and has been exactly as described. Once, an envelope arrived, that somewhere in transit, had been cleverly slit open and the item removed. When I sent a photograph of the empty envelope, Secret Warehouse kindly replaced the stolen item.

Customer Support Staff Rocks!
I ordered the black and white sugar skull slip ons. The delivery took longer than I expected but they sent an email to let me know that there was a delay and that the order was still in line. The pair that arrived were too small, so I contacted their customer support. I was told that they would send the next size up and to keep the ones I had. A couple of weeks later, I had the correct size. They fit but are a little stiff for my taste. I still wear them if I don’t have to do a lot of walking and get lots of compliments. Bottom line:
Shoes are cute but not as comfortable for me as I’d like AND their customer service rocks!

Only gave 1 star because I had to so I can leave a review. Terrible experience and left me knowing I got ripped off. I ended up donating the shoes to charity, but they were so bad I feel guilty doing that.
