I really enjoyed the ease of and peace…
I really enjoyed the ease of and peace of mind that the local rep provided to me, Shelia Hill McIntyre did an above and beyond job with helping me last minute. She showed me empanthy and she sounded like she really cared that I understood everything. Kudos to this outstanding employee.

Wonderful place and Amazing service
The office staff was always extremely helpful and polite. I stored my stuff there for over a year and never had any problems. Easy and great experience.

Units are well maintained and location is great. The only issue I had is that I reported that the light outside my unit 333 was not working to a guy in the office and when I moved out it still didn't work.

Upon retrieving my items 2 of my TV’s…
Upon retrieving my items 2 of my TV’s were damaged they both looked like shattered glass upon turning them on they worked great before storing in the storage know I’m out of 2 TV’s not at all satisfied, however the service I received by Milton was excellent he was awesome with his customer service upon renting the space very welcoming knowledgeable and made me feel good about reserving the space until my new home was ready for my move

The location I used was in Soulsbyville Ca. Everyone in the front office was helpful and pleasant to deal with. My storage unit was clean and easy to access. Very happy with my experience.
