Shocking experience from start to finish!
Instillation is questionable as we had a camera positioned in the wrong location. When engineers finally came out to move it, they claimed they don’t have enough time to do the job so this would have to be re-booked in. Again when another engineer came he simply tilted the camera upwards rather that’s repositioning (as agreed). He also used some ‘electrical tape’ to stop the light spillage rather than reposition the camera! The position is still not acceptable or practical.
Needless to say I am less than impressed and waiting for Securico to get back to me….the customer service has been seriously lacking and I’m constantly calling with little or no response!
As a good will gesture for the multiple errors on their part, Securico agreed to upgrade one of our cameras for free. The engineer showed up with no knowledge of this and didn’t even bring the promised camera!!
Again I’m waiting for a response?

After posting my review, one of your engineers contacted me through social media from his personal account! This is unethical and beyond unacceptable and a violation of my privacy!

I had no contact with your engineers social media….please do not post false comments. I have screengrabbed everything as proof! I did not see the message initially as my profile is private. I did not respond or engage with your member of staff in any way!

I commented on the Securico CCTV Instagram page - which you can no longer see as you've blocked me to prevent any further comments. I never even met this engineer as was at work when he was at my property, so have no idea who he is let alone what the name of his personal business is.

I was happy with the fitter he did a good clean job.I made the mistake of not reading the quote and screen was installed wrong place for me. I am now waiting for securico to move my screen to my bedroom where my existing screen is.

Great system and great service from these guys. Can't fault the installation, v tidy and ... no collateral damage - impressive!
Second time I've used Securico which speaks volumes.

This is a professional operating system which provides an extra level of security to one’s home . I have used this company for some years and they are extremely professional . I have upgraded the box once. The quality of the images and the fact that I can download the app and use my cameras all over the world is brilliant. I wouldn’t be without the cctv and I highly recommend Sam ( the owner) and staff such as Billy who go the extra mile to assist if I ever don’t understand something or as in recently , needed to connect to a new router . It’s really great having the safety net.

I had Securico cctv cameras installed yesturday. This is the 2nd time I have used Securico. Sam Caan, josh and the rest of the team have been fantastic. Their installer's Marian and Daniel were very prompt time wise and they called letting me know they were on their way in around 10 to 15 minutes and they were. They were very good and were very helpful and polite, explained the installation. They got on with the installation without stopping. Their team work was outstanding. They went through the setup on my mums devices. They never left any mess, very efficient. I would highly recommend Securico cctv installer's to anyone who needs a great installation. It was a great experience. The team were very polite and helpful in every way.

Had a trespassers on my property and they looked like they we after my cars so wanted to upgrade my security. They came and installed 3 cameras the day after I called them. Quality service.

Engineer was late arriving but we’ll mannered and thorough with the job

Telling that they were on their way in around 10 to 15 minutes and they were. They were very good and were very helpful and polite went through the process of the installation. They got on with the installation and they did stop the whole time they were in the property. There team work was fortless. They went through the setup both on the tv and our phones to. Plus they were very clean. They never left any mess.I would highly recommend Securico cctv installer's to anyone. Who needs a great installation. I can't fort there service what so ever. It was a great experience. The team were very polite and helpful in every way.

The selection through to installation of the cctv system was managed very professionally. Our expectations were set realistically about the product suitability and the SecuriCo did not disappoint in their delivery. Everything went well and according to the agreed schedule!
