However, we would like to clarify that the order was shipped to the address provided during checkout. After contacting us, it became clear that the address details entered were incorrect. We also suggested checking with neighbours or other residents in the apartment building, as mail can sometimes be delivered to a nearby unit, but this option was declined.
While we understand your frustration, we are unable to take responsibility for delivery issues resulting from an incorrectly provided address.

Ordered on 10th Feb. On 11th, realised I needed a change of address. Contacted company by email to ask if it was possible, despite my order showing it had been despatched. They contacted me very soon afterwards to say the address had been changed and received the seed packets in a secure cardboard carton 3 days later. Excellent service.

Terrible quality seed pack.
The seed pack is very poorly packed. No inner seed pouch and a lot of seeds came crushed.
There are only 6 seeds which look viable in a pack of 22 seeds.
