In general, platform is easy to use, with a lot of advisors to choose from. To me, the advisors that I approach is nice and very helpful. They managed to give advice to my career and my life direction. But ultimately its still depends on yourself.

The downside is that i do hope for some promotions such as reload bonus or some free minutes. As typing usually may not be immediate and easily running out of time.

it's really weird that if you are telling them reality they will definitely block you and their costumer support representative is really dumb and rude she will never help you before her there was a guy name James he is really a decent guy and a caring person but now they are only seeking money from clients but does not care about your feelings. Never gonna try them again.

I agree with the negative comments. After falling for their Instagram promotion, I paid 2x15 EUR for a psychic who told me I could only get my ex back with a 250 USD spell while I was being charged for this sales pitch per minute. When I asked her if she could give me any specific details about me or my ex, she said she had to run into the next meeting and would come back later, which never happened. Very unsatisfactory! After I requested the money back guarantee for dissatisfactory services, they blocked my account due to "my suspicious behaviour". I am still waiting for my money back. Cannot recommend. Be very cautious!!!
