I placed an order on 07/24/2023- it is now 09/06/2023 and I have still not received the hoodie I ordered, a response to my emails, or texts or Facebook messages. The pre-shipment label was sent to USPS on 07/31/23 and nothing happened after that. The tracking still shows where it is in Florida.. and hasn’t moved.I’d be happy to provide all correspondence sent to the company. Additionally, this is the field I practice in, so it will be very easy to pursue.

I signed up to be a brand ambassador and I ordered a t shirt, a very expensive t shirt. It took months to receive one t shirt. I finally got it but I didn't like it . The fabric was super thick and heavy. I would never wear it. It's a high quality shirt but I don't like the fabric. It came with no return information. So I'm stuck with it. This company has very poor customer service, yet they text me daily with discount codes and "sales" so I can reorder. I won't be.

Ordered a sweatshirt on April 30. I emailed Seek Jesus when June rolled around telling them I was still interested in receiving the sweatshirt, but if they were having trouble with fulfillment, please refund my money. Absolutely no response. Still hadn’t received it or any communication by June 22nd, so Apple refunded my money and opened an investigation. Seek Jesus then emailed me and asked why I “opened up a chargeback.” I responded that I never received what I paid for 3 months ago. Lo and behold, a sweatshirt showed up in July…except it was not even close to the color represented on the website. I would have returned it, but there was no documentation to do so. So yeah, I paid for something I don’t really care for and think this company is super sketchy. Sad that they’re using a name like Seek Jesus. Buyer beware. Much more legit Christian brands out there like Three Nails, God The Father, and Elevated Faith.

To no surprise after reading everyone else's reviews, I haven't gotten my hoodie order. It's 8/18 & I ordered on 7/26. Three emails and one IG message sent to date.

As a career marketer, it's baffling that a company, a Christian apparel company at that, would take the time to set up a CRM and affiliate software that sends out duplicates of discount codes only to do their customers such a disservice. Either they're just after everyone's money, or had a business model that couldn't keep up with the growth and consumer interest and are in waaaay over their heads with being able to deliver product en masse.

Hoping it's the latter and I get my hoodie eventually. Will be removing my ambassador code from my IG bio as this isn't the type of service I want to pass along to others.

Yo, owners, if you see this, HMU and let me help you with scaling your business appropriately and being able to deliver product in a timely fashion to our brothers & sisters in Christ.

Update: got my hoodie after 5wks. Their issue is apparently just waiting on overseas production as the main tag was branded but the hoodie didn't have a fabric care tag.

First of all, I am not one to ever write reviews and especially not negative ones but this company is ridiculously unorganized to put it nicely. Their website claims that the items are in stock but then in fine print says there is a “1-6” week processing time and on top of that the only shipping option is an express $20.00, 1-3 day shipping. I placed my order for two hoodies and one t-shirt on May 22… It has been 11 weeks and 2 days since then and I have not received anything I paid for. I reached out initially and was able to receive a refund for the shipping cost but as the weeks went on, the communication from the company stopped entirely. This would not be as big of an issue if their website represented the true and accurate information on processing times and estimated ship dates, but it seems as though they are stretching the truth just to get sales. While I adore the Christian apparel and mission statement, it seems like they don’t actually hold the values they preach and that does not sit right with me at all.

I ordered my package on July 8th, it is not the 27th and I still have not received my hoodie. I will never order from this company again. Kinda sad that a Christian apparel is doing this to others. God is not please.

Absolutely terrible all around. I have still never received my order, customer service does not help at all, and it upsets me that a Christian clothing line is acting like this.

customer service needs MUCH improvement. I am VERY surprised that I got my shipment at all. I was prepared to wait months, expedited shipping means nothing. I emailed and messaged on Instagram SEVERAL times w no response. Too much anxiety around spending my money. I love my hoodies but WOULD NOT but again!

Hello I am very sad for my daughter she wanted to be ambassador for this company and she was accepted to do so. She was promoting and made business cards to sell it. She was so happy and ordered her items and she checks 10 times a day it has been over a month and a half. She is so sad !!!

Took over three months to receive my hoodie. I will not be ordering from them again. Good quality, but bad customer service and timeline of items.

I ordered from this company a few months back and received my order within 2-3 weeks. I did pay for priority shipping since it did not give me any other option and it still took a long time. The quality of the hoodies were very good so I figured it was fine that it takes a few weeks to arrive.

I got another good deal and stupidly bought two more hoodies for about 60$. This was early March and it is now the end of May and I still haven’t received my second order.

It’s been over two months now and I’ve emailed them several times along with DM’ing them on instagram. They haven’t replied one time and it is so frustrating that this company is using Christians. They are NOT a Christian company and do not care about their customers. I’m so upset as I just wanted to share Jesus with others :(

Never received my order, per everyone else’s reviews as well. Ordered on March 6th and it’s May 17th and still haven’t received my order. Reached out multiple time asking for my money back with no response! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Unless you are okay just giving your money to them with no product in return.

I ordered 3 items on 4/9/23 and received a tracking number. Items never made it to the post office and I never received them. I reached out via email and IG multiple times. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered 2 items on March 13 for $72. I have not received anything. I emailed once and someone named Lauren emailed back to let me know my items would be sent soon. I still don't have my items. How can we stop this company from doing this?

I ordered 2 sweatshirts for $110 on April 2nd, paid for priority shipping and there are still no updates. The tracking says it’s still waiting for the items to be sent to them. I’ve emailed multiple times just asking for an update, and no response.

This company is a complete scam. I ordered 2 sweatshirts in the beginning of April and have not received the order or update. I’ve emailed them at least 6 times and have heard nothing back. I would NOT order a thing from this company.

This company is an absolute SCAM. I’m so disappointed I spent $348 and haven’t received my items or an update. To use Jesus as a way to scam people? It’s deeply disturbing. I’ve reported them to the BBB and now I’m going to have to call my bank to dispute this.

If I was able to give no stars I would. I ordered a shirt about a month ago. Never received anything, tracking number do not work, emailed 3 xs and no response. Do NOT order from this site.

This company is a scam. I have yet to get my order & I was supposed to get a refund too bc my coupon code didn’t go through & I never got it.
