Item showed as in stock and once I …
Item showed as in stock and once I ordered it I got a shipping tracking number. I assumed that it was on its way until I got a refund. I checked the shipping status to find it never left the warehouse. The team was apologetic and offered alternatives. Better inventory management, shipping information, and customer communication would have made this situation better.
