I liked that I was given information…
I liked that I was given information about Medicare part c options. However, the issue that I called about was never addressed. I still never had my original question answered.

Very helpful stress free experience.
Changing Medicare Plans can be intimidating. I spoke with one person throughout the basic process. Not one time, was I handed off to another, or made to feel abandoned. For over an hour he ..explained why, before ever putting me on a brief hold. When we finished with ALL he was able to do for me, the person with the pharmacy was brought online and introduced. Everyone was professional, well informed and genuinely made the experience enjoyable. The plan he hooked me up with is by far better and leaves me with an extra $400 to $500 a month. I couldn't be more pleased.
